Villager Condo 1237 - Nicely Updated Condo with Sun Valley Amenities

This newly upgraded 3 bedroom/3 bath condo is located in the heart of Sun Valley and will sleep up to 6 guests. As you come up to the condo, there is a large deck with a table, 4 chairs, an umbrella, and an electric grill. When you enter the condo on the lower level is the living area with a 55-inch flat-screen TV and a wood-burning fireplace (firewood not included). Near the entry is a closet with a stacked washer and dryer. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are 4 bar stools at the kitchen countertop and a small drop-leaf table for 2 near the living area. One of the 3 bedrooms is on this level with two twin beds, a 36-inch flat-screen TV, and a walk-in closet. This room has an ensuite with a single sink vanity and a shower only. The condo has an electric grill for barbecuing.
Upstairs is the primary bedroom with a King bed, 36-inch flat-screen TV, desk, and access to a small balcony. The bath has a 2-sink vanity and a shower only. The second bedroom on this level has a Queen bed and a ceiling fan. This room has access to the full-size hallway bath with a single sink vanity and shower/tub combo. In this hallway, the owner has a shelf with books and games to enjoy during your stay.
Complex Features: The Villager Condominiums are located at Sun Valley Village and are within walking distance of the ski lifts and ski school on Dollar Mountain, making them the perfect location for parties with beginning skiers. The complex is about a five-minute drive from Bald Mountain and downtown Ketchum. Both ski mountains and downtown Ketchum are easily reachable by the Mountain Rides shuttle that stops at the entrance to the Villager condos. The Sun Valley Pavilion, pools, and restaurants are an easy walk or bike ride away on the paved bike trails.
Sun Valley Resort Amenities: A maximum of 5 amenities passes will be issued per reservation. The Sun Valley Inn Pool is available with these passes. The workout room, sauna, hot tub, and Lodge pool are NOT included. During the peak summer season only, the amenities pass also includes access to the Olympic and kids’ pools, priority tee times, a hotel rate for golf, and a discount on tennis, gun club, and trail rides. Alpine Lodging cannot guarantee amenities will be open as resort policies can change at any time.
Please note: The Villager Condominium HOA does not allow pets, service animals, or emotional support animals in vacation rentals. Service animals are welcome in most Alpine Lodging properties. Please call our office if you are traveling with a service animal so we can help you find the best property for your stay. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost. BBQ use is no longer allowed at this complex.

Well equipped condo located very close to Sun Valley lodge! We had everything we needed for a week long stay. Comfortable and quiet accommodations for 3 adults. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home beautiful location
With quite a variety of properties to choose from in Sun Valley… If this one’s available, I would definitely take it.
The home itself is beautifully furnished, giving it a cozy home appeal. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the cooking items you will need for your stay. The bedrooms are spacious with very comfortable beds and cozy.
The property management service is A+ and obtaining the key was extremely easy
On top of the home being beautiful, the location of the property comes with amenities
We enjoyed our stay very much, and have already referred friends to this property

We had a fabulous vacation, not our favorite condo, but perfectly acceptable. It's weird that there's no central heat except on the ground floor, and the heater in the master bath doesn't work. But no big deal. If there were nothing else available, we would take this place again.

The property was clean, but had a pungent food smell the minute we walked in and it never really went away. The furniture was in good condition upstairs and down. The beds were comfortable, but the sheets were itchy and the pillows were flat and in need of replacing in every bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped, with everything you need except a can opener and the kitchen knives were dull. The hot water in the unit was hit or miss through out our stay. We are a family of 5 and we could not all take showers during the same time of day, which doesn’t really work after a full day of skiing. After 2 showers the hot water would turn ice cold. Also it would be nice to have a couple logs of wood to use on the first night in the fireplace. Lastly, it would be nice if the rental company would offer putting up a faux Christmas Tree if even for an extra fee.

We were 3 couples in for 4 nights for a wedding. The condo was very clean, comfortable and attractive. I slept in one of the twin beds which are sometimes an afterthought, but it had a good mattress, nice linens and comfortable pillows. There were always appreciated throws for the couches. There were trial size bathroom amenities, hairdryers, and a flat iron. There was a supply of laundry soap, iron and ironing board. We did not cook but the kitchen was well appointed including decent knives. There were basic spices. Advice: this condo requires traversing some slushy, snowy or icy, depending on the weather, sidewalks to reach it ( back row). Have appropriate footwear. There was some gravel and shoveling but would be difficult to keep it totally clear. The location was good. We were about a 10 minute walk to the lodge and 5 minutes to the shuttle busses that take you to town and slopes. Communication with rental company (Alpine) was good. My single complaint is that you have to stop in Ketchum on both your way in and way out to pick up/drop off key.

I had a "reservation" through VRBO which was cancelled 2 days before my arrival due to the host taking the property off the market. Clearly a VRBO foul up. I contacted Alpine Lodging and the same day made a reservation for a very nice accommodation. All processed quickly and professionally by VERY helpful staff. THANKS!
