« This is a great stay in the winter. Cars picked us up from our room to go to the main lodge. Food was great. They have hot springs here. They arranged a taxi to the airport when their shuttle wouldn’t get us there on time. Could not ask for more of this hotel. Would highly recommend. Rooms very comfortable and spacious. »

« Nous avons opté pour cet hôtel car il était tout proche de l'aéroport de Sapporo, notre vol décollait à 8h30 et l'hôtel proposait des navettes gratuites dès 6h30 pour y accéder. D'ailleurs, lors de notre enregistrement, le personnel a de suite proposé les navettes sans que nous ayons eu à demander.
