The open concept kitchen features gorgeous granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a large breakfast bar with 3 barstools, and all the essentials you need to prepare meals including a Keurig Duo coffee machine. This entire area has a wall of windows and glass doors opening to the balcony where there is even more seating.

The living room features two large mid-century style couches and 4 chairs, a large flat screen TV, and a built-in electric fireplace.

The lower level offers a second living space with another flat screen TV, and an oversized couch/sleeper sofa that sleeps two people comfortably. This area also has sliding glass doors that open to the waterfront patio and backyard.

Master Suite
The master suite is located on the main level and features a king-sized bed, flat screen TV, nightstands, and a queen-size sleeper sofa for the kiddos. The master bathroom features a double vanity sink, and large walk-in tile shower.

Bedroom 2
The second bedroom is also located on the main level and features a queen-size bed, nightstands, and flat screen TV.

Bedroom 3
The third bedroom is also located on the main level and features two sets of twin over full bunk beds.

Bedroom 4
The fourth bedroom is located on the lower level and features a king-sized bed, nightstands, flat screen TV, and sliding glass doors that open up to the waterfront patio and back yard.

• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.
