  • Enjoy all the lake has to offer from a perfect 10mm location! Our 3 bed 2 bath lakefront home is right on the water with just a few steps to the dock where you’ll find a 28’ boat slip, a large swim platform and wet steps stairs right into the lake. Plenty of furniture on the deck for your whole group including a table and chairs for lakeside dining. Plenty of parking and trailer storage to bring your boat. Beautiful end of cove location with great water for swimming for a private, peaceful getaway. Enjoy the 4 kayaks provided plus our paddleboat to explore the area and fish right from the dock!

    New HVAC for our 2025 season!




    We have removed our boat lifts to accommodate more guests.

    We have have approximately 8’ of water under the dock in season and a deeper channel through our cove for great swimming and easy boat access.

    Ameren lowers lake levels over the winter and returns it to normal by may. Our cove is still navigable by boat year round.

This house was great, sized perfectly for our family of 4, with a nice kitchen, individual AC for each room. The private dock and water toys on the quiet cove made a great way to pass the time and relax. This is a fantastic place for a quiet and relaxing trip!

Nice peaceful location close to different lakeside restaurants and grocery store. Host was quick to reply with any pre-checkin questions. The parking is tight for a large vehicle and for furure guests we would recommend launching boat prior to arriving at property due to turnaround access.

Communication with host was good. Loved being so close to the waterfront and dock. Had a big slip to park 24 foot boot and another slip for 3 person wave runner. Could use new pots and pans. Ice maker didn’t work. Front windows could have been cleaned/wiped down. Private road was a little more gravel than I was thinking. Overall, it was a place to sleep and get out of the sun.

Excellent place to stay, swim and relax. Located at end of a cove so very peaceful and quiet. Great bars and restaurants close by, by water or car. They need a bigger grill.

We had a fabulous time here! Nick was very quick to respond to any questions and was very helpful. An exceptional host for sure! The views, wildlife and scenery are to die for. The kayaks and paddle boat are a wonderful addition to the fun! My husband fished everyday and we enjoyed the use of the dock daily as well! The dollar general near the house was perfect and had everything we needed that I forgot to get with our Walmart order. Walmart does deliver to the house as well. Super convenient! (Amazon too) The house was very clean and perfectly ready for our arrival. FYI - the recliners are so comfy! I would agree with another review that the king bed could use a mattress topper to be a little more comfortable and the kitchen could use another cabinet for pantry storage, but it was not a deal breaker! We would definitely return and stay at Nicks amazing place again! Thank you for the hospitality!

Great Lake cottage

Had a very relaxing stay! The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and exploring the nearby attractions. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Location!

We loved being in the back of the quiet cove. The house was cozy and had everything we needed. Nick had excellent communication with us and gave us a ton of info on places to eat on the lake. Would love to visit again!

Great place on the lake

We loved our stay on the Lake of the Ozark. We were at the end of the cove so it was extremely peaceful and my boys fished and kayaked. Overall we loved it from the ease of booking, communication with the property manager and the house was perfect
