« This unit is a good value for the money in a good location and was nicely updated. Proximity to beach and pools is great. A chest of drawers in the "closet" area would be a great addition. Parking was not as represented to me by the rep I spoke with at booking. There are approximately 30 Sunsuite units and only 10 adjacent unnumbered parking spaces available on a first come first serve basis. « The unit was reasonably well-appointed. It was clean, the bed was quite comfortable and the kitchen had almost anything needed to make meals. One deficit was that althoiugh there was both a drip coffe maker and a Keurig, there were no filters for the former snd no K-cups for the Keurig. That was not noted in the online description. In addition, the hot water temperature was surprisingly low and made dish washing difficult not to mention the shower temperature on a cool moring. »

« We’ve been vacationing in the area for 30+ years and this is our first time on Fripp. The villa is above the islands convenience store and gift shop. There is an outside elevator but unknown how to use it. When we arrived we found that we needed a code to access the rental that was not provided. « It was slightly smaller than expected. Not much room to move inside. They view is absolutely beautiful. It is back off the road a ways, and a very bumpy dirt road to get to it, but we did enjoy it. Works well for just a one night stay. »

« Our group of six had a lovely time here! The layout is perfect—the three bedrooms are spacious, and having 2.5 bathrooms made getting ready in the morning a breeze. I particularly loved the master bath’s waterfall shower and soaking tub. The kitchen has every gadget you could possibly need, and the backyard was a huge hit with our pets.
