General communication is via offshore agents who seem to have no clue about the property itself (nor do they communicate with each other).Photo's and description need to be updated as they do not match what you are paying for. « Extremely disappointing stay at Lucas Parklands. This was a very expensive booking , and unfortunately the property did not match the standard you would expect at that price point. The house had a strong musty smell, with mould present in the bathroom. Bedlinen and towels also carried the same damp odour. The dishwasher was rusty, and dishes needed to be washed before use.
