Die Unterkunft entspricht unter keinen Umständen einem 5-Sterne Anspruch. Die Einrichtung ist sehr abgewohnt und beim Duschen stand das ganze Bad unter Wasser. Die Zimmer waren sehr laut, da es in Poolnähe war und keine schließbaren Fenster im Bad verbaut waren. Das Personal war freundlich, interessierte sich jedoch nicht für das Feedback.

Unser 1 Zimmer Apartment hatte einen wunderschönen Ausblick mitten in die grossen Bäume. Das moderne Apartment und die Anlage waren gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet was man für eine erholsamen Urlaub braucht (bequemes Bett, schöner und grosser Balkon, gut ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine, sehr schönes Badezimmer, sehr schöne Pools, super feines und sehr abwechsulngsreiches Frühstück und sehr nettes und hiflsbereites Personal. Der Shuttle an den Strand fanden wir mit unserer kleinen Tochter sehr praktisch. Nicht so gut fanden wir die Grösse und Anzahl der Pools, da die Anlage riesig ist und es daher auch zahlreiche Gäste hat, die die Infrastruktur nutzen möchten.

Modernes Hotel in der Nähe von Hastings Street
Wir haben das Hotel für einen Familien-Strandurlaub für eine Woche gebucht. Die Hotelbeschreibung ist etwas irreführend. Zum einen ist der Strand etwa 15 - 20 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt (über einen steilen Weg, was mit Kleinkindern und Kinderwagen nicht jedermans Sache ist) und die Sicht von den Zimmern und Terrassen auf die Bucht von Noosa total versperrt ist. Einige Gebäude haben die Beschriftung "Beachhouse" was geradezu ein Witz ist. Die meisten Zimmer haben einen Blick entweder in den dichten Dschungel oder zu den gegenüberliegenden Gebäuden und Parkhäusern. Die Apartments sind sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Internet über WLAN ist sehr gut und kostenlos. Das Restaurant hat Mittags eine reduzierte Karte. Die Qualität des Essens ist nicht 5* gerecht und gleicht eher den üblichen Pubs-Restaurants in der Umgebung. Das Frühstück-Buffet ist gut, aber in einem relativ kleinen Bereich für so ein grosses Hotel. Wenn vor allem Konfernzen abgehalten werden - wo 100 Gäste auf einmal aufkreuzen, kann es recht eng werden. Der Poolbereich ist recht klein. Der Pool ist geheizt und agenehm. Während des Tages ist eine kleine Poolbaar offen. Oft ist der Poolbereich überlaufen. Es gibt kaum genügend Liegen. Für einen Strandurlaub mit der Familie ist dieses Hotel nicht geeignet, da das Hotel etwas abseits in einem dichten Wald steht. Für die gleiche Preiskategorie gibt es bessere Alternativen in dieser Region.

Ein Billig-Resort ohne Service und hohen Preissn
Kein Service, 3*- Hotel rundherum, Bettdecken wie im billigen Motel, musste wegen Zimmerservice (Betten machen, neue Handtücher etc.) extra fragen, dann wurde er nur oberflächlich erledigt. Für das Geld ist es nicht wert, einzig die Lage ist gut.

Das Hotel und Appartement waren sehr gut und ruhig.Auch das Fruehstueck war in Ordnung. Nur die Sauberkeit, vor allem in der Kuechenzeile, war nicht ok. Ueberall Fingerabdruecke und Belag. Die Dunsthaube konnte man nicht anfassen. Sie war total verklebt. Auch im Bad ueberall Staub. Schade eigentlich. Sonst machte das Hotel einen guten Eindruck.

The property needed some TLC repairs and cleaning. Although the property facilities are good and in a wonderful green leafy location, the property itself seemed like it wasn’t taken care of. Our room was nice but a little dirty, the beside lamps, filthy and dusty. The panel surrounding the microwave fell off, the ceiling in the room dusty, bathroom sink had a fine spider cracks running through it, with other areas in bathroom that were worn and chipped. Our front door handle was floppy and the bathroom near the restaurant the whole plate on the wall where you flush, just fell off the wall after flushing, the paper towel dispensers were all rusty and the chair paddings and lounges in the bar area, there were multiply dirty stained chairs. It was a real shame as the resort had great facilities and was only 14yrs old, however it looked older because of the condition it was in. We enjoyed the location and the buggy down to Hastings street, spotting an echidna on the property was a highlight of our stay.

Great location. It is central to everything that Noosa and Hasting street has to offer. It’s a 10 minute walk (or a free golf cart shuttle) to a great beach, restaurants and bars. Loved the breakfast buffet. The resort is next to the national park so it felt like we were in a rain forest. We would love to come back!!!!

This place felt like paradise! It was beautifully surrounded by tons of trees and flowers. We felt like we were in a rainforest. All the staff was super helpful friendly, and went out of their way to make sure that our needs were met. The morning buffet breakfast was fantastic. It was close to the beach as well as the coastal trail in Noosa National Park. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Located in a subtropical rainforest so no views of the ocean. Walk or catch the buggy down to Hastings Street for shops and restaurants. Unfortunately the resort and facilities are certainly in need of refurbishment as the rooms are outdated and furnishings in need of replacement. Not the five star resort we were expecting. Great resort which is an easy walk to Hasting St although there is a bit of a hill to climb. Of course there's the buggy service but just remember to ask for a buggy pass in case they don't give you one, so you can avoid an awkward conversation with the buggy driver.
