„Our stay at this lovely home was perfect. Larry was so welcoming and full of good information on the area. The little touches such as the table setting and coffee bar were so charming and cozy. We took a short hike on the property and had beautiful views of the valley. There was plenty of wood for the fire pit and we enjoyed a nice fire at night. The location was perfect (20 minutes from my parents in Binghamton) and the house was big enough to give our two families space when we needed our own space. „The RV is quite comfortable. We had all we needed. The hosts even bought us smores when we said we had forgotten to purchase them at the market. How sweet is that? The RV is located on the property next to the owner's home, which made us feel safe in an unknown area. Both the owner's home and RV however? are close enough to Hwy 17, that you can hear the traffic, BUT the hospitality of Mario and Harley far exceeded our expectations that the noise was of little consequence. :)“
