« We loved having our dog and boat with us on vacation! We ventured out to Torch Lake, which was about an hour's boat ride, but it was totally worth it!! Having a dock at the house was great. The house felt and smelled like a cabin, but it completely served its purpose. I would have loved to be able to see the water from the house, but not a long walk to the dock to sit and watch the sunrise. For the price the place is great! »

« This is my second time renting a cabin at The Woods of Leelanau. The first time around, my husband and I stayed at The Americana, then, just last week, we were at The Cozy Cabin. Both cabins were exceptional, and we loved our experience. We enjoyed having quiet, slow, mornings with a pot of coffee and fresh eggs on a gorgeous porch surrounded by wildlife. There are nice hiking trails on the property, one of which goes up to an overlook with a view. »

« If you're thinking about staying here you definitely should. The hosts are communicative and friendly with great suggestions for local businesses, the French Country cabin is cozy and cute (there's so many blankets!), everything is beautifully decorated, and you will not regret the time you stay here. The surrounding area is gorgeous too of course, and this rental is wonderful whether you are having a relaxing getaway or you are out looking for adventures. We'll be back! »
