Déception
Logement pas très entretenu, mobilier cassé, lits peu confortables. Le pire est que nous n'avons pas eu d'eau la nuit de notre arrivée, nous avons dû attendre jusqu'à 9h le lendemain après réclamation et sans aucune compensation. Le petit déjeuner aurait pu nous être offert. Sinon joli cadre, agréable le réveil avec le chant des oiseaux. L'accès aux cabanes très risqué pour les voitures basses. 1 expérience que je ne renouvellerai pas.

Aucun PB sur l'établissement en rapport qualité \prix. Premier soir très calme et bien. Second soir clients avec musique jusqu'à plus de 22h. Catégorie sans gêne... Et les cloisons en contreplaqué pas bien épaisses. Un nettoyage des portes er batis des chambres ne seraient pas du luxe. Sinon personnels très accueillants. Cuisine bonne. Proche du parc rainforest 300m.

Enchanteur dans la jungle @ 2 pas de la rainforest
J<ai adorer c<est vraimetn enchanteur comme endroit. En plein dans la jungle et direct devant le parc colo-i-suva ou vous trouverez des chutes d<eau INCROYABLES. Je recommande fortement cet hotel pour amateurs de trek et de nature.

Overall a very competitively priced accomodation set in a beautiful rainforest type location. Positives: 1. Stayed in bure 3 which had a view over the lake. 2. Quiet 3. Good pizza and amazing fish and chips at the restaurant. 4. We had to leave before they opened in the morning, and they made it an easy no fuss check out Negatives: 1. 1 towel to share between 4 people?? When asked for more they provided 2 more, well after we actually needed them 2. Main bed was missing a sheet 3. Bathroom was covering up mould under the paint, but I guess it is hard to prevent that in a rainforest...

We got upgraded to a family Bure which was great. There was a party on our second night by the pool. They seemed to be loud all night. Didn't really bother us but I would have been very unhappy if I was in one of the rooms by the pool itself.

Let’s first say start this review by saying we left this place within 2 hrs because there was no possible way we were going to sleep there overnight. When we arrived the person checking us in barely said a word and only pushes a paper and pen to us to sign some forms. We got to our room and the smell of mold was very apparent. On further inspection there was what looked like mold coming from a gross fan in the shower right above the shower head. The ground had dead bugs on it and the toilet had hairs all over it seeming to not be cleaned whatsoever. We decided it was only one night and just to tough it out and get some rest. When we went into the bed there were more long dark hairs and stains all over the sheets and pillow cases. The bedsheets smelled like puke and it was unbearable. The smell from the mold in the air plus the disgusting smelling bedsheets were the final decision for us to leave. We had to search for another place to stay and didn’t get our money back unfortunately. When we told the person who checked us in he seemed to not be surprised and apologized with no sort of accountability. Needless to say my partner and I can’t review the food or amenities but sanitary sleeping conditions should be top priority.

The bures are pretty run down and the gardens unattended. The restaurant was closed permanently and no new tennant yet. It was so far to go back down towards Suva for a restaurant. The Colo-I-Suva park nearby was Ok for a rainforest walk, but the swimming holes in the river were crowded and the water muddied.

It was a great stay, very quiet, easy to get transportation. The staff were also kind and great service for the whole time we stay there. Keep up the great work and so know that we did enjoyed our staying the whole time.

I would surmise that this lodge (under different ownership from three years ago) is still in the process of recovering from the COVID-19 lockdowns. It has definitely taken a step back in overall maintenance and cleanliness. We had no internet in the room, and the control for the airconditioner was being shared with another room. As guests, this time we did receive a "please bear with us" letter. So I believe good faith efforts are being made to improve the facility. The pool was good.

I have just come bac from this beautiful Nature Resort loved the peacefulness while being able to use the various amenities swimming pool hot shower and beautiful scenery. IMPORTANT i lost my wallet and the staff MeRonii.....found went out of her way to use my Cook Islands drivers license to find me on messenger and organize where to pic it up from.....Truly are good souls in Colo-I-Suva

Booked a month ago.When reached the room was not ready.Waited till 4.30pm when asked key was given for another room to relax.After telling them off and decided to leave than was given the key for the room.Absolutely pathetic

Recommend!
Pretty basic accommodations, which is all we needed. Really friendly staff and the restaurant accommodated a vegan diet.
