We chose the option to rent the boat and the kids enjoyed tubing. Colby had great communication from start to finish, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend! »

« Here is some info for people who want to bring boat. We rented this property for guys weekend. I don't live too far away so I brought a boat. Several of the local ramps are currently closed. The closest open ramp was Old Federal. It's 15-20 minutes from the dock by road and about the same by boat running around 20 MPH. The water at the dock is shallow but I didn't have any issues with my 25' deck boat. Parking the trailer at the house wasn't easy. We ended up backing the trailer into a...

« Inside was clean and well stocked with all the daily necessities of living. We were comfortable and slept well. The water was HOT at all times in both bathrooms. The AC worked excellent and kept the house temperature comfortably cool. The host was quick to respond and allowed early check-in. The outside needs pressure washing and some minor repairs, but the inside made up for the outside. Highly recommend »

« I will definitely be using this home for my next and hopefully all trips in Georgia. The home was comfortable and spacious…there were towels out on the bed, folded neatly. The kids didn’t want to leave lol..they loved “the blue house” lol. The neighborhood was very quiet. I liked that we were able to walk around the neighborhood. »

« This place was supplied with everything that you need or wanted, with extra supplies. I was staying for my daughters wedding and I couldn’t have had any other place as comfortable and roomy to keep my stress level down. It was 3 minutes from the Country Club where the reception was and maybe 5 minutes to the Grooms parents house. I wanted to cry having to leave! Thank ya’ll so much for having us and providing a fabulous place. »

« Everything was wonderful, great contact with managers, easy to get to everything. We would come back. »

« Loved the layout of this lake house. Plenty of space. Perfect amount of separation between kids and couples. Awesome common areas for us to gather. More than enough bathrooms which prevented arguments.That’s a huge plus. We loved the closeness of the private dock. Kids fished and the easy access to the boat and jet ski made everything care free. It was clean and easy to communicate with the manager. No complaints about this house or our vacation. »

« The house had plenty of room for our multi-generational family. The kitchen had room to prepare large meals. The owner was responsive to our needs. The pool provided a lot of entertainment for our family. We brought yard games and had a fantastic time. »

The property description and pictures are 100% accurate.The property is in a nice quiet area. I think this is important to note when traveling to an area you are not familiar with. « This place is amazing. We used it for a 13 year old birthday party with 11 friends. It had enough space to allow the boys to all stay in the same room with plenty of beds for everyone to sleep. A great experience. »

« Our family stayed while in the area for the weekend. The house is clean and well ordered. The beds are nice and comfy. The only minor issue is fruit flies were prevalent. Id book this property again for sure. »

It felt like a spa retreat with horses. My only regret was that we weren’t there longer. I sincerely hope to stay again the next time we visit Georgia. »

« We really enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful. It had a comfy/cozy feel. It was Very clean! We loved that the neighborhood was quiet and close to a grocery store for our convenience. There is the cutest playroom that our children enjoyed and a pool table for the adults. Candice was an excellent host!! If we are ever traveling through Atlanta again this is where we will stay. »
