« We had a good experience at this condo. It was very much as described on VRBO. Clean, convenient, fairly well equipped. Most of the experience was positive, but a couple of things need to be addressed. We didn't get check-in information until we were well on our way to Swansboro, and only after I asked for the information. « The property that we were placed in was not the property that was listed. The unit had not been renovated as shown, furnishings were different, it was old and disheveled. There was debris between the poor joints in the kitchen wood counter tops, the dishes were dirty and did not match those in the VRBO listing, the blinds were broken/damaged throughout, the lights were all different colors, some were burned out or flashing, the bathroom sink and tub were clogged. « The house was very nice and the price was the best option I found for my family. The host was very understanding of my change of plans due to weather. The house is on a main road and can be noisy but feels very private. Close to food and activities. My husband and I agree we would return again. I also would argue our pup loved it too. Our only complaint was not being able to stay longer. »

« First, I have to say that all communications with Jonathan were excellent. No matter what question I had was immediately answered. The house was as described, very clean and had everything needed for a relaxed stay.Boating, don't expect to bring your own boat as the marsh is very shallow. There is a tandem kayak there but I brought my own kayak with us and it was great, spent a lot of time on the water.Overall it was a great relaxing trip but if you want a busy area with night life this is not...
