« 1st, the water to the toilet as turned off. I thought this was strange. I understood why when early the next morning I discovered the floor around the toilet was wet! Also, I tried to lower the living room blinds and discovered several of the lats are broken. So there is no privacy! »

« We had a good experience at this condo. It was very much as described on VRBO. Clean, convenient, fairly well equipped. Most of the experience was positive, but a couple of things need to be addressed. We didn't get check-in information until we were well on our way to Swansboro, and only after I asked for the information. « First, I have to say that all communications with Jonathan were excellent. No matter what question I had was immediately answered. The house was as described, very clean and had everything needed for a relaxed stay.Boating, don't expect to bring your own boat as the marsh is very shallow. There is a tandem kayak there but I brought my own kayak with us and it was great, spent a lot of time on the water.Overall it was a great relaxing trip but if you want a busy area with night life this is not...

« If you like to fish, boat and want direct access to the highway then this place is OK but if you care about house maintence, quality furniture and fixtures, cleanliness and road noise then think twice. This is an old property for sure as stated in the listing and the floor is squishy in many places and should be repaired.
