A full second bathroom serves the rest of the apartment. The real showstopper, however, is the private rooftop terrace — your own slice of Malta in the sky, complete with a private pool and panoramic city views. There's no better way to end a Maltese evening than a sunset dip under the stars.



Guest Access:

The entire penthouse is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay — no shared spaces, no interruptions. Check-in is completely flexible thanks to a smart electronic lock, so you can arrive at any time without needing to coordinate with anyone.

Spinola Bay in nearby St. Julian's is a highlight, where colourful traditional fishing boats bob in the harbour alongside some of the island's best waterfront restaurants. Self‑Check‑In, Eco Tax & Guest Portal:

This is a self‑check‑in holiday home. Your unique access code will be available in your Guest Portal once the eco tax has been paid and your Self Check‑In Form completed. Codes activate at 3:00 PM, our official check‑in time. If you’d like to drop off luggage earlier, send us a quick message and we’ll confirm if it’s possible, depending on our cleaning schedule. This is a very popular holiday home and our housekeeping team needs 5–6 hours to prepare the property to a high standard, so your understanding is appreciated. Once your booking is confirmed, our Guest Experience Team will be in touch and you can choose your preferred way to communicate with us; our phone number is also available in the Guest Portal if you’d like to speak to someone directly.



Submitting your eco tax online:

Eco tax, in line with Malta’s Environmental Contribution regulations, must be paid securely via our online payment link before arrival. A secure payment link is sent to you upon booking confirmation. For a smooth arrival, we recommend submitting your payment on the day you book, so you can then complete your Self Check‑In Form and gain access to our Guest Portal to start planning your stay.
