"Emplacement idéal . nous sommes arrivés tôt , vers midi et comme la chambre était prête , ils nous l'ont donné ( check in à 15 h normalement . Très sympa et bien acceuilli par la réceptionniste ). Et comme j'avais un problème à la jambe , ils m'ont prêté une chaise roulante . Et comme ça j'ai pu me promener dans la ville . Tout était parfait : personnel , chambre , la propreté ..."

"Très joli hôtel, emplacement parfait , au coeur de la ville. Le personnel est très agréable et très serviable. Seul petit bémol, la chambre est un peu basique, rien de très gai, et la vue sur un mur n'est pas tres agréable."

"When I approached the desk to check-in, a young woman came behind the counter and mimed that she was busy helping (with two other staff members) someone who was trying to check-in using one of the computer stations. When she had finished helping by giving a room card to the person at the computer station (leaving her colleagues to deal with the rest of the supposedly efficient, supposed staff-free check-in), she asked my name which I gave. Before I could spell my name (something I find it helpful to do at hotel receptions all over the world), she pulled a face and said a name I had never heard but could possibly be an English name. Her face and tone of voice both said "What a daft name!" I then repeated my name and spelt it. When she gave me two room cards, I asked for a third card (there were three adults sharing the room). She pulled a face, processed the third card and then said "That will be $10." I was speechless. She then said "That will be $10 - I am joking" and gave me the third card."
