Great location, easy to check in, reasonable price, 16th floor, and the best view of Sydney harbour I can imagine. However, we were there for four days and the daytime temperature ranged from hot to very hot and there was no air conditioner that worked. There was a small dyson unit that I could not get to work, but someone came to fix it right away. So it was running, but to feel anything close to cool air you had to get within a couple feet of it so it did nothing to cool the room. There were multiple fans which helped, but basically whenever we were in the unit we just sat and sweated. I am not sure, but this Dyson unit might also be the heating system as well. One night we decided to cook in and had a tough time working the gas stove as it had no ignition system, but had to be lit using one of those grill igniters. The bathroom was small and the sink was kind of tucked under the medicine cabinet so you had to be careful not to bump yourself when using the bathroom sink. The furniture and kitchen utensils were adequate, but nothing to write home about. Our contact, Julie, was very responsive whenever we had problems or questions, but could do nothing about the lack of air conditioning.
Again, great view, but I would make sure the weather is going to be comfortable before I would stay there again.
