Construction HAS Commenced ON THE Plot Next Door - There Will BE Noise Associated With This During Council Approved Working Hours - There is construction all throughout the Eastern Suburbs


Home truths:
- Please be aware that there is a demolition and active construction site next door at 38 Glasgow St. Works are scheduled to commence on 20 January 2026 and are expected to continue for approximately two years. During this time, there may be some noise, dust, and construction activity.
- Property can sleep additional 2 x guests on a sofa bed, additional costs apply. Please contact our team to request.
- Air conditioning is available upstairs only
- Parking for 2 cars - one standard and one small/mini
- The driveway is narrow. It will fit 1 x regular sedan with 1 x small compact/hatchback car only.
- The parking is on the driveway only with no access to the garage.
- Ongoing construction nearby at 29/27 Glasgow St is expected to last up to 15 months, with work taking place Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 3:00pm; residents—especially those nearby—should expect noticeable noise and disruption, including periods of drilling and jackhammering, and the rent has been reduced to reflect these temporary works.


The Neighborhood
You must take a stroll along the Bondi to Coogee Coastal Path to take in the famous views of all of the crystal waters.
You're a stone's throw from some of the best restaurants in Sydney. We recommend North Bondi Fish for some fresh seasonal bites or Madame Chu for some exciting southeast Asian flavour.
If you're travelling to Bondi, you'll doubtless be ready to surf. Head to Bondi Beach, Tamarama and Bronte for the best waves.
Check out the Beach Road Hotel or Pavillion for some delicious drinks and hip evening vibes.
