À déconseiller
Pour commencer il n'y a pas de réception, et donc aucune carte ou conseil disponible pour visiter Sydney c'est très pratique pour une telle ville. Ensuite le parking gratuit comme annoncé sur le site n'existe pas, il n'y a tout simplement pas de parking à l'hôtel. Pour finir la chambre n'est pas propre du tout... Des déchets traînent par terre tout comme la télécommande de la télé que j'ai trouvé sous le lit le dernier jour en vérifiant ne rien avoir oublié.

We booked a queen room wotif confirm that booking but when we arrive they give us twin room for a couple when we ask them to refund and they refuse to do that and we didn’t help us at all …. Worst experience ever

I didn't stay. straight after I was made to use the internet to book,even though I was physically there at the Ryde Hotel. I went to get key and the server behind the bar refused me my stay and said he had refunded me my money. He did not and I was left stranded in Sydney for the night because I needed my money back to rebook another room at another location. I had to sleep at the train station till the morning as there were no more trains to Oberon 3hrs away. I'm angry and I was scared and I want my money back today please

No parking even though there was a car park area. Was told I couldnt park in it and had to find a park on the street. Had to drive around for 15-20 mi jted before locating one.

In my haste to book a single night at late notice . I didn’t realise this hotel was above a pub and had shared bathroom facilities. This would have been fine, except that check in with three kids at night meant we had to walk through the bar area, tired and with luggage. It was hard to find where to check in. Bathrooms and sinks inside the room were not very clean. There was a smoky smell from years of being above a pub and my daughters asthma flared up.The beds were comfortable and the location suited us, but we would not return. Relatively cheap for Sydney but not brilliant given we didn’t have a toilet.

Lovely old pub, very neat and tidy. Rooms are better than average, with nice linens, comfy beds and fluffy pillows. Dinner @ the pub is excellent. Our stay was short but exactly what we were hoping for in a pub stay!

A good property for the price you pay. Staff were very friendly and helpful, even upgraded my room when my guest pulled out of our stay. Shared bathrooms could use a bit of an upgrade, but they were good for what i needed them for. Room was cozy and bed was comfy enough. Very convenient for a 1 or 2 night stay.

Coffee, etc in the room was out of date. Was old & the pillows were really old (lumpy). Staff were friendly, but outside of that not very nice - even for the price.

The staff were extremely helpful. Two gentlemen helped me with a large bag when they were free. Much appreciated. The rooms were clean and tidy. A decent size too with coffee/tea, aircon, tv and bar fridge. Towels, handtowels provided. Seemed to be adequate amount of showers and toilets. A locked door between guests and pub patrons. Everything lockable with guests having a key so safe and secure for those on their own or with kids. I thought for the cost it was very good value for money. My only "complaint"is that you have to find somewhere free to park and it is a busy area.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms had fridge. Tv, air conditioning and coffee/ tea available. Accommodation area felt safe and secure. There was a locked door between the pub area and upstairs accommodation area. Guests had their own keys and everything lockable.

While facilities are basic, there's plenty of large shared bathrooms that were well maintained and clean. Pub Manager extremely helpful with assistance overnight parking (Top Ryde's a busy place !) Bistro food, service and setting very good. Best tasting steak in a long while. Great value for the price.

Price is good for last minute, but shared toilets and shower are not cleaned regularly enough. If you stay more than one night your room is not serviced.

We had no issues with the Hotel we had everything we required with the added benefit of being close to a major Shopping centre and buses. The most excellent meals at very reasonable prices couldn’t have asked for better.
