Long Stays:
For bookings of 14 nights or more, a mid-stay cleaning service is recommended. This would cost an additional $200. For extended stays, cleaning services will be tailored to ensure our team can periodically clean, maintain, and inspect the property, keeping it in top condition throughout your stay.

We respectfully ask that you review the house rules before confirming your reservation and adhere to them throughout your stay. Please be aware that parties or events of any nature will not be permitted. Non-compliance with this regulation will result in eviction from the premises and charges for any necessary damage or extra cleaning. We appreciate your cooperation in advance!
- No smoking indoors - smoking inside the apartment will incur a $300 cleaning/deodorising fee.
- Respect the property and treat the apartment, furniture and amenities with care.
- Please leave the apartment tidy and clean up after yourself before checkout to the best of your ability.
- Lost keys will incur a $250 replacement/call-out fee.
- Only the registered number of guests may stay overnight unless otherwise agreed with the host.
- No illegal activities are permitted anywhere on the property.
- Dispose of rubbish appropriately and don`t leave food or waste behind.
- Respect shared building areas, including the gym, BBQ area, lifts and common spaces.
- Guests are responsible for damage, excessive cleaning or missing items resulting from their stay.
