« Our check-in experience was superb with great customer service and a warm welcome for a special occasion. The room was spacious and clean with a great view of the mountains. Parking was easy (and included, with easy access to any floor from the parking garage. Breakfast was superb with a variety of options, but we were particularly impressed with the croissants! The Pullman team at Penrith Panthers are world-class and made our experience pure pleasure from start to finish. Go Panthers! »

« I recently stayed here and found the experience to be fairly standard overall. The staff were courteous and the check-in process was smooth, and the location made it easy to get where I needed to go. The room had the essentials for a short stay and was generally comfortable. »

« Hôtel correct, mais l’extérieur/le hall d’entrée principal était en rénovations majeures, donc accès au lobby plutôt compliqué et difficile. Aussi, l’isolation au niveau sonore est très mauvais, nous pouvions entendre les gens des chambres voisines discuter, les télévisions, les gens dans les corridors... bref, apportez des bouchons si vous êtes sensible au bruit! »

« Comfy beds, and wonderful laundry facilities. A wide range of TV programmes on Foxtel, for whatever mood you’re in. My only problem was no yoghurt at breakfast time- otherwise the perfect stay. »
