« Management company was great to work with. All rooms were very clean. Carpet needs some deep cleaning in spots. Lake was beautiful. Location overall very nice! We had a nice stay. Would stay there again. »

« The whole condo says come on in! Every room exuded comfort and Colorado decor. Even my 11 year old granddaughter who visited thought it was THE most awesome condo! The kitchen had more appliances than I knew what to do with. The induction stovetop was terrific- directions were googled… Snd the view was spectacular! We just loved our stay! »

« I took my daughters for a weekwnd. First time for all. The condo is within walking distance to the lake and all the restaurants and shopping. Also we had a minor problem with a neighbor, and management handeles it immediately. We would stay here again!of us. »

« Well laid out micro lodging. Was only there overnight, but had everything we needed. Water pressure was great and the hot water came right on - fed by a full sized hot water heater. We didn’t need the washer/dryer, but it was nice to know it was available if needed. »

« Cute town and extremely convenient location. Loved the “quiet” side of Rocky Mountain National Park. It was well stocked and nicer than anticipated. We had a couple of maintenance issues - the smoke detector in the bedroom was hanging by the wires and the living room one was removed with the wires hanging down. Sofa bed was also broken when we pulled it out to use it. The living room smoke detector was replaced a couple of days after arrival. The bedroom one was still hanging when we left. They...

« What a great place! This is our second stay in these townhomes (we stayed in the neighboring one two years ago). The location is ideal - off I70 and right on the lake. Perfect size for our fam of three. I wouldn’t say it’s the cleanest place, but I won’t spend anymore time talking about that because I don’t want to take away from the amazing property management company and just how perfect this place really is.
