Hotel Tai'an

« It wad amazing best hotel i ever stayed at for a great price the bar down stairs was super fun. »

« The staff are friendly and helpful. I especially want to point out that the cleaning team is extremely professional, friendly, and attentive. The rooms on the 7th floor are nicer and appear to be better maintained. My friend’s room on the 5th floor, however, looked more dated and worn, especially the bathroom. The wall in the room was peeling in some areas, which made the room feel less well-maintained. »

« They were so family friendly! They provided me with all the stuff needed for my baby in advance. The housekeeping was great! The swimming pool was nice. Breakfast buffet was convenient but just alright - I would skip it next time since there are so many different restaurants around. »

« The staff at check-in were generally friendly and helpful. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The bathtub in my room had rust stains and was unusable, which was disappointing. Additionally, the hand soap was already running low on the first day and was never replenished despite me leaving the dispenser open as a reminder. I had to call for refill when I returned at night. I hope the hotel can pay closer attention to room maintenance and housekeeping to ensure a more...
