Hôtel près de Parc urbain Ulu Pudu, Kuala Lumpur, Kuala Lumpur

« 朝食の種類が多く、どれもとても美味しかった。電車の駅、ショッピングモールと近く観光、食事、買い物に便利。施設内に高級感があり、新しく綺麗でした。 »

« Great location, very convenient and communicative host. »

« Surtout la piscine que 16 etages avec belle vue et le petit-dejeuner est trés bon et aussi bonne service !! Tous propre et trés qualitié wifi »

« Room are constantly humid since almost all lack any window at all. The shower/toilet is just a glass partition inside the bedroom and it never drys. Your clothes, linen and luggage absorb the moisture and get wet. Management had no solution and refused cancellation. After strong words and 3 days, allowed upgrade to one of the few rooms with window. The “wonderful” reviews posted seem clearly fake. Cleaning staff made a great effort to make the room livable »

« Overall a nice facility. It's the little details that miss the mark for me. I'm not sure that the room cleanliness inspection is done by the head housekeeper. My worry is that rooms may start detioriate rather quickly. »

« Avant mon départ je me suis fais voler des vêtements dans ma valise j ai appelé l’hôtel qui me dit que le personnel ne touche pas aux affaires des clients et que j ai du me tromper »

« Check in process was terrible. The Property was supposed to send me my room number and check-in information prior to my arrival and they never did. I arrived around 11:30 PM to the property and there was nobody at the front desk to check me in. I had to rent a hotel room for the night till they staff at this property. We’re back at the Front Desk around 11 AM next morning. This was a huge inconvenience and a lot of money. »

« Bien situé,accès facile au métro, propreté décevantes »

« Bolehlah...padan dengan harganya »

« Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, everything went wrong. The Wi-Fi did not work on the first day, the TV was completely unusable, and the room cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, which only made the situation worse. The so-called “Deluxe Double Room” was much smaller than advertised and definitely not worth the price. On top of that, the hotel demanded a cash deposit at check-in, which was never mentioned on...

« A reasonably okay place at a great location near multiple malls. Well equipped with washing machines and sometimes a dryer, there were definitely as many conveniences as there were inconveniences. There was low communication from the host, and while I can understand their business, my group was definitely under-equipped heading into our stay. The elevators were also under maintenance at the time and were not the easiest to use. It was moderately clean, but not the cleanest. Not a bad place, but...

« The place was clean with a great view. The bed was comfortable, and the responses to my inquiries were quick. It was also convenient that the bedroom and living room were separated. It was the best choice. »
