The main floor features an open living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a half bathroom and an in-unit washer and dryer. The private patio gives you a pleasant place for morning coffee, casual meals or an evening cookout on the grill.



Upstairs are two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and closet space. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and balcony, while the second bedroom includes a queen-size bed. Banks, restaurants and useful local services are approximately 400-450 meters away. The supermarket is about 600 meters from the property, central Tamarindo is approximately 650 meters away, and the beach is around 850 meters away.



The setting works especially well for guests who want to explore town on foot and return to a calmer environment at the end of the day.



Getting Around:

A car is not essential for enjoying central Tamarindo, as dining, shopping, services and the beach can be reached on foot.



Free parking is available for guests arriving with a vehicle. A rental car or golf cart is useful for visiting
