The Space:

This second‑floor retreat in a gated Lutz community balances openness with private corners, giving each guest room to breathe and a place to gather.



Sleeping arrangements

Four queen bedrooms each open onto their own full bathroom, providing private bathroom access for every sleeping space. The layout comfortably sleeps eight, and fresh linens and essentials are supplied for a hassle‑free stay.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen sits at the heart of the home, equipped for simple meals whether you’re cooking together or grabbing a quick bite before heading out. Adjacent dining space makes it easy to share meals, and a washer‑dryer unit adds convenience for longer visits.



Outdoor & community amenities

Step outside to a shared community pool and gym, perfect for a refreshing dip or a quick workout. A BBQ grill and common outdoor areas let you enjoy al fresco dining, while walking and biking trails, a basketball court, clubhouse, and lounge provide additional ways to spend time together. All amenities are part of the gated property’s shared facilities.



Work & connectivity

High‑speed wifi and a dedicated workspace keep you connected for remote work or planning your next adventure. A TV in the living area offers relaxed evenings after a day of exploring.



Location

Nestled in a quiet residential community, the home is a short drive from USF, Busch Gardens, MOSI, and several local parks. Major roadways nearby make it simple to reach Tampa’s attractions while returning to a peaceful neighborhood each night.



Parking & access

Free parking is available on the premises in visitor‑labeled spaces on a first‑come, first‑served basis. Self‑check‑in with a smart lock gives you exclusive access to the entire unit and community amenities.



Pet‑friendly

Your furry companions are welcome, making the space ideal for families or groups seeking a comfortable base to settle in and enjoy Lutz at their own rhythm.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.



Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with security guard.



You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



Please note that the photos displayed for our units are intended to represent the general amenities and features of the properties. However, furnishings, decor, and appliances may vary from what is shown. The images may not accurately reflect the current state of the unit.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
