„We loved the red jacket before it burned down! The townhomes were a good alternative! Everything was great. Staff was friendly and indoor water park was perfect . Air conditioning was a little tricky to adjust but overall worked good. I would recommend and stay again although I can’t wait until renovations are completed for the red jacket hotel so the atmosphere on the grounds is what it used to be. “

„This home was the perfect house for our North Conway getaway! Hot tub was delightful, our kids enjoyed the movie theatre, pool table and pong table! Fireplace and scenery were divine. We shopped at the outlets 10 minutes down the road, golfed and enjoyed the Saco river. It was a wonderful getaway. Would make an amazing ski vacation spot!!! Highly recommend!!“

"Das Hotel hat seine besten Tage lange hinter sich. Beim Check in wurde uns ein Zimmer gegeben welches nicht gereinigt wurde. Mussten dann in ein anderes Zimmer (Accessible). Auch dort lag noch die benutzte Seife von den Vorgängern. Vom Hotel Personla keine Reaktion oder gar Entschuldigung dazu. Pool und Fitness sind sehr alt und abgenutzt. Das Hotel hat auch die typischen Teppichfussböden an welchen man nicht erkennt ob es Schmutz ist oder der Teppich einfach diese Farne hat. "
