Inconvenience Short Stay
The hotel allowed the guests to smoke anywhere in the premises. Booked the Deluxe room but the nothing special compared to superior one.

The only good thing for this place is they have a kids friendly park that’s just beside the hotel and your room stay provides up to 4 pax free entry. Other then that, nothing shout about at this location. Room is pretty decent in size, bath room have quite a bit of room for improvement.

Fine Fine.
One quick overnight stay between flight and ferry. Hotel was quite quiet when I arrived - clean and condition was ok with a few rough edges. No one at reception when I first arrived but the concierge staff came and gave me a welcome drink as the reception staff appeared after a minute. Reception area is nice; rooms are ok. I thought the public downstairs area (below reception) to access the rooms was a little bit unwelcoming due to the lack of decoration. The corridors to the rooms were better. Room condition was fine - but "Superior Room" faced the road and was noisy. The Windows had poor noise insulation. I was told I would have to pay to upgrade to a "Deluxe Room" if I wanted to face the pool. All staff I encountered were nice, friendly and helpful. Dinner in restaurant was acceptable - a couple of items for vegetarians with the curry cooked to my preference. Breakfast for vegetarians was disappointing; but if you eat meat then you'll be ok. All in all - fine for a one-night stay; but not overly luxurious.

Nice hotel with excellent customer service
The staff is very professional. Their transport service is on time and the driver is very acknowledge about the best route. Their food is great and delicious. Their staff is very proactive like when we are using the swimming pools, their staff would ask whether do u need any towel. Very happy with the stay in Aston.

we stayed 2N, looks very remotely and Room services very through. No heat water & No TV channel. if we asking the Reception they said Engineering department doing repair. Until we check out never do anything. pls don't stay .thanks

Good; 1. Wifi connection is strong 2. Bedding is good and comfortable 3. Room size Discomfort; 1. Hot shower not good 2. Cleanliness of water tap is questionable (bit yellowish) 3. F&B during breakfast overall is average acceptable for the paid price but many stuffs i.e. pepper, salt not at table, no table spoon available, wait for plate and glass. 4. Restaurant staff are good but seems can't managed many visitors at same time. Which for me not well prepared.

I always on the road. It was a nice surprise that the hotel staff gave me a surprise birthday cake while I was staying there. One of the rare Highlights in a otherwise very busy working trip.

Not super luxury but value for money
Great stay at this place. I would say at the lower end of the 4 star hotels but that's how they've priced it. All in all value for money. Breakfast variety thins out towards 10am so go early.

I can't fault the kind intention of the staff. They were friendly and polite. And although the food was good, it was unfortunate that the wait staff were too relaxed and didn't get our order correct not once but three times! They were also slow to get the meals out to us and that shouldn't have happened as it was a quiet time and we were the only diners on our first day.

Great Customer Service
It's located on the other side away from the Resorts, and it's in amongst all the local activity. It was fun to get lost amongst the locals and immerse ourselves in their daily lives. Upon checking in, they gave us a yummy tea, and were really helpful and friendly. The breakfast included was a great spread to suit any type of eater from Western to Eastern. Majority of it Eastern, but there's cereal and toast and omelettes for those who don't want to brave the local food. One day, we had a staff member use the hotel vehicle to take us around Tanjung Pinang for a really reasonable price, and he just took us wherever we wanted to go. He was entertaining as well - his name is Denis. He was informative and patient and because he was attached to the hotel, there waas none of this taking us to certain places where he'll get commission for us buying things. Not that anything is expensive. We really enjoyed our time there, so thanks to the staff.

Tanjung Pinangフェリーターミナルから車で30分ほど。ホテルから迎えの車が来てくれたので良かったです。ただし有料でした。 ホテルの従業員は英語もできますし、対応が早くて、良いサービスでした。 場所が不利な点はありますが、車をチャーターすれば問題なし。コスト的には、ホテル代と車代を合わせてもリゾートエリアよりは安いです。

Good hotel with local flavor.
Friendly and professional reception staff. Hotel drivers were professional, and service was excellent. They took me to local attractions as requested. Restaurant serves local and western cuisine. Food quality is fine. If you are seeking an adventurous getaway that is away from a bustling downtown, this is the place!
