« Mike, his wife and 2 daughters were excellent. However the place was affected by nature and there is no electricity, no wifi, no hot water. As other guests have said before, it is a long way from Lenakel, 1.5 hours driving on the dirt road which can be difficult after rain. So I won't recommend staying more than 2-3 nights mainly to see the volcano+- the Iatapu traditional dance. »

« Morris, Susie and their family were so welcoming and really looked after us. The location is something else and you can just sit and watch the volcano and listen to it rumble for hours. Apparemment le numéro donné ne correspondrait même pas a un numéro sur l'île de Tanna d'après l'Office du tourisme de Port Vila. J'ai donc souhaité annuler ma réservation mais du coup avec le délais, 50% de frais d'annulation. Il m'a fallu trouver un hébergement d'urgence. « i was made to wait for three hours and was eventually told by the hotel staff to cancel the reservation as they claimed not to have received payment. we had to book another hotel last minute! really bad experience with the lava view bungalows. »
