« Garden and shared facilities are great. Location is great.
Family room standard is very low. Uncomfortable beds for adults, no window blinds, dirty carpet and painting of wall and ceiling falling off. We will not come back to a family room. »

« Hotel well located, nice design, breakfast and food are nice,
The desk people are not interested of anything, doing their job with no joy, no sympathy, it’s not lively, except for one waiter at the restaurant who served us at breakfast and lunch who was very nice and joyful
Room nice but no AC…and 4th floor bit tricky to get there (not for everyone)
Bathroom could be cleaned better (spotted hairs in the shower at arrival), and shower not clean the day after as well as the toilet »

« Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the welcome gift was a thoughtful touch. The location was also great, with the town centre within walking distance, making it easy to get around.
The only issue was with the parking information. The listing stated that parking was available, but I later found out that it is only provided for guests staying 7 nights or more. This restriction was not mentioned in the listing, so it would be helpful if this could be clarified...

Coffee shop at the top is lovely and nice to go to Carbis Estate for a cocktail 4-6pm (2 for £20). Would recommend »
