Total simpatia no check in e resolveram problemas com máxima brevidade e cuidado. A localização é muito tranquila, acesso fácil. Não me parece que seja assim tão fácil ir a pé ao centro da cidade. Casa com todas as comodidades. Única dificuldade são a quantidade de escadas que tem e não haver qualquer acesso à garagem, que facilitaria carregar/descarregar o carro. No entanto, o estacionamento em frente a casa é facílimo.

A real upgrade from previous family holidays

The villa has everything you could ask for and more, the surrounding area is very quiet and felt really safe and full of other lovely houses. I advise to have a couple of barbecues in the back garden, while enjoying a lovely evening. Finally, many thanks to Angie, she's the best host you could ask for, my mum can attest to that

Well located Villa, efficiently managed and well equipped

We stayed for 9 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Angie and Stuart warmly greeted us on arrival. The villa was spotlessly maintained and located close enough to town to enable us to walk to the many cafes and restaurant’s. We will consider returning in 2026

Chilled Tavira

Villa has lots of great spaces to relax in and the pool was perfect to cool off and have fun. Lovely, quiet, secure area. Short walk (although brief section on busy road) to old town Tavira which is beautiful with nice cafes and restaurants. We loved our week in the Portuguese sunshine.

Fabulous Villa in Tavira

We had a fabulous fortnight at this very well equipped and comfortable villa. We had a very warm welcome from Angie and Stuart who gave us helpful advice and left us a welcome pack.The pool was lovely, we enjoyed exploring Tavira and the local beaches.The villa was excellent and we had a great time.

Very nice accommodations-close to Tavira old town

This is a very nice property; spacious and in a very safe and secure gated community of like homes. We were two couples and enjoyed the option of being able to prepare some meals in a modern kitchen that was well appointed. Communication with the property manager was nothing short of amazing; Angie and Stuart even bought us a few basic groceries to have when we arrived as it was past the time when grocery stores were open. We were however expecting 2 King size beds, based on the owner's description of the amenities; however there were 2 queen bedded rooms as well as 2 twin bedded rooms. Our only complaint with the accommodations was the beds which we all found to be not very comfortable. Otherwise everything was as described and we appreciated the spaciousness, the variety of outside sitting areas and the pool (although it was not really swimming weather when we were there). Thank you to Roger for sharing the property. Tavira is a lovely quaint town and we were able to drive to several other neighbouring towns during our stay, including a day trip by foot ferry to Ayamonte Spain. .

Most beautiful place

We had the best time in Tavira at Rogers place. Everything had been thought of, we needed for nothing! The villa is beautiful and we were so well looked after. We were two families, one with teenagers and one with 2 x 5 year olds and we all had the best time. The layout was perfect for our families needs. It’s so much nicer than it looks in the pictures and the pictures look fantastic! We will definitely be back in the future and highly recommend this place to everyone.

Fabulous Property

This is a great property, far bigger then we were expecting and immaculate. The owner and property managers are really helpfull and made us feel so welcome and coulrnt help enough with anything we needed. The villa itself is a short walk into the town with plenty of options for dining etc, and if you don't feel like walking there are loads of Ubers around! We took a trip to Zoomarine which was great and also got the train in to Faro so lots of things to do to keep kids entertained. If you are staying I reccomend the boat over to Isle de Tavira, on a hot day that sea breeze is very welcome.

Family holiday

Can't recommend this villa enough. From booking with Roger to dealing with the amazing villa manager Angie the whole experience was superb. Villa is in a quiet area about 20 mins walk to local shops and restaurants which were all good. Beach via water taxi was great fun. Beautiful historic town. Highly recommended. Again want to thank Angie for her great hospitality nothing was too much trouble including early check in and the kindness of taking us to a supermarket to late check out. She even provided tape for a damaged suitcase! Highly recommend a stay here.

This was a family holiday booked for a milestone birthday. On arrival we were blown away with the privacy and security of the villa. The inside was impressive and as a family we had plenty of space to move around. we also enjoyed the proximity of the villa to the town centre. Perfect spot for fun family holiday in Eastern Algarve

Our experience in Roger's villa was summed up by our 9yo's reaction, 'this is perfect.' We were welcomed warmly on our late(ish) arrival and shown all the facilities, in the villa and locale. Lots of very useful information also presented in Roger's folders. Our immediate needs were there for us, and any additional needs arranged in advance. The villa was beautifully presented, the pool and children's toys super. Super, well appointed kitchen and BBQ area. Tavira centre is indeed an enjoyable 10min stroll away, only concern during whole visit was the busy road with no safe crossing point when leaving the quiet enclave. That said, Tavira is a beautiful town, lovely mix of history, good food and the excitement of taking the boat to the beach. We had a wonderful stay, fun and relaxing and well looked after by Roger and Angie. Thanks

Great villa great town

Great property for multi generational family holiday. House had everything you needed and more. Swimming pool, barbecue, internet TV, we even had a spare fridge great for chilling the beer and wine. Relatively easy walk to town just over a km and 1.7Km to ferry, approx 20 mins. Taxi is approx 6euro to town. You cannot beat Tavira for beaches, via ferry or restaurants which offer quality and value, our favourites are Artifact and Brisa do Rio but there are so many good ones and we’ve been coming for 10 years

Good service and communication both with owner ahead of holiday and with the very helpful administrator on site throughout the stay. Clean apartment with all facilities. This is serious services :-) Only thing I wish was better comunicated was the way to city centre which literally wasn't straight forward but took 20 mins not 10. Having kids but no car we ended up taking taxi a lot of the time which we had not planned to. There was no food store easily accessible either, so you would need a taxi for that as well. Lovely country!

We had a very nice stay in Tavira. The house was great, excellent location in a very quiet neighborhood. Only the cleaning could be a bit better but, other than that, very nice house. Highly recommended.

Great property

The villa was amazing. Far bigger than expected. Plenty of room for a family of 7 to enjoy their own space. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious along with the communal areas. Kitchen was big with lots of appliances. The walk into town was around 12-15 minutes with a very busy road to cross but all manageable. The people who caretake the villa were super helpful. They ordered cabs and shared lots of local knowledge. Thank you Angie and Stuart. Tavira is wonderful. This was our third visit and it did not disappoint.

Awesome villa

Great location, only 1.6 km walk from Tavira town centre. The villa contained absolutely everything we needed for a family of four, and the space was more than sufficient for our needs. Large bedrooms, spacious bathrooms and great open plan kitchen and living room. Pool was clean and lots of toys, inflatables in the garage to use. Overall 5/5 and we would definitely stay again. Angie and Stuart the managers catered amazingly to all our needs and Roger the owner was quick with any replies to queries.
