The road in front of the house had more traffic than we expected but wasn’t bad and we enjoyed being out in the mountains. „We actually loved the cabin itself, and the creek flowing in the back, and the backyard was phenomenal. Communication with the owner was very good. We had one or two difficult issues, which were solved after we left. The biggest issue was that it was very far out, 35 minutes minimum to Boone, and whenever a car or truck drove by the dust if it had not rained or was pretty bad. But we love the property, and our two labradors loved the creek! Overall, it was a lovely stay.“

„Great place to stay. Place was clean. Definitely off the beaten path but well worth it if you are wanting to get away. Loved being on the creek and having a fire in the pit outside every night. Hot Tub was nice to get in after hiking all day. If i had to critique one thing. I would say to update your information on dog fee, and trash. We were a little confused about what we read online vs what was at the cabin. Great time. Will return next year.“
