„I was very disappointed with the state of the bed sheets and pillow cases it had a disgusting odor as if it hasn't been changed by the cleaners. The 1st room next to the stairs.The Tv also wasnt accommodating everything was in Chinese, youtube, prime, was very difficult to change settings as we couldn't understand a word! Every app was locked and required our own login The main shower was ALSO disappointing, drain was blocked and the water would fill up the shower. Disgusting! Very disappointing ...
