The three bedrooms each feature soft, comfortable beds with fresh linens and warm lighting that create a restful atmosphere. Gentle décor and uncluttered spaces help you unwind after a day by the beach.

The apartment has two bathrooms, including one with a walk-in shower for a refreshing start to your day. Both are clean, simple, and practical, with thoughtful touches to make your stay effortless. A washer is conveniently ready for use.

Other Things to Note:
1. Animals - It is forbidden to bring animals; our apartments are not suitable for this.

2. Smoking - Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. The apartment has a sunny terrace where you can smoke. Of course, while smoking, the cigarette must be put out and extinguished in an ashtray.

3. Parties - The apartments are not intended for mass events or celebrations of any kind.

4. Age Requirement – The minimum age requirement for this property is 30 years old. Reservations that do not meet this requirement may be canceled.

5. The price indicated on the website is for tourists / foreign residents. Without the tourist visa permit, an additional VAT of 18% will be charged on the total booking price. We will not be able to release the full arrival instructions without this payment.
For tourists to avoid this charge, please provide the following:
- Non-Israeli passport
- B2 entry permit (blue or green small note from the airport)
- The reservation name and photo must match the passport and entry permit.

6. Same-Day Booking Policy – Thursdays & Fridays
Please note that same-day, last-minute reservations for Thursdays and Fridays are only accepted until 10:00 AM on the day of arrival.
If you wish to check in on a Thursday or Friday, your reservation must be made no later than 10:00 AM that same day. Bookings made after this cutoff time cannot be accommodated.

We recommend booking in advance to secure your stay.

7. Weekend Reservations – Damage Deposit
For reservations with a stay of less than 3 nights and check-in on a Thursday or Friday, a refundable damage deposit of ₪5,000 is required.
This deposit helps ensure the apartment is well cared for throughout your stay. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
