Awesome location but tiny and loud
Location was great, only 1 min walk to lift 7. Plus the town loop shuttle picks up at the lodge to take you downtown or to the gondola, or its a short walk. This room is really small though. It's a small hotel room turned into a condo. We knew it would be small when booking but there wasn't space to put our stuff. The closet is largely taken up by cleaning supplies and a fan so not much room other than for coats and boots. We found it weird to wash dishes in the bathroom sink. This room adjoins to the room next door and we could hear most of what was going on next door, although it did get better after the first couple left. You can also hear everything that goes on outside the window, although this wasn’t a problem at night. The shower has plenty of hot water, but the temperature can be very variable with both hot and cold blasts depending on what your neighbors were doing.

Ski in/ski out at lift 7. Walkable to everything in town. Cozy but clean and convenient. If you're looking to ski and experience Telluride without breaking the bank, this is a great option.

Very cozy and convenient. Loved being able to ski in and out! The only difficulty was registering for parking- it was a very cumbersome process. It would also have been nice to have a few more towels or a way to exchange towels during the week. Would certainly stay there again!

Telluride ski trip
This condo was a perfect location for ski in and ski out and catching the free shuttle around Telluride. The condo is small but has everything needed for a couple for a couple nights stay. We really appreciated the condo being stocked with shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, hand soaps, lotion and lots of towels.

Condo is one small room. That is it. It says there is somehow a way to cook. Not true. The kitchen stuff is simply put into the one room and guests need to figure it out. No kitchen ware as well. Not clean at all. Really bad experience overall. Jacob Springer

Ideal location!
Place was perfect for a weekend get away! We were able to walk everywhere and enjoyed our stay enormously. Finding the condo, parking, and getting into the unit was super easy. Some parts of the sink in the bathroom may need some more deep cleaning, but overall things were neat. Would recommend!

Just what you need
Everything you need for a stay in Telluride. Room is a little small but just enough for two people. Room has everything you need from small fridge, nice fan to extra blankets. Parking is simple and typically very easy to get a spot. 10 min walk to the main part of town. The walk into town along river trail is so serene and beautiful.

Jazzy Time in Telluride
We stayed at this cozy studio to celebrate my husbands birthday weekend at the Telluride Jazz Festival! The property was clean and directions were easy to follow. Parking was easy to find. It was walking distance to so many restaurants and the gondola. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, easy check in/check out. Was very disappointed in the cleanliness. Did not appear cleaned prior to our arrival. The trundle bed had someone else’s dirty sock hanging on it.

We had the same cleaning woman for 19 years but she recently retired and had the traveler informed us of her dissatisfaction upon her arrival, we would have either found her new accommodations at our expense or refunded her reservation. Not her fault, but we rely on our guests to inform us of housekeeping problems. It's just a reality of this remote and isolated town.

2 night stay
The room was smaller than anticipated, quite cramped with all the furniture in place. No comfortable sofa or place to sit and relax. We ended up eating out more than expected, despite bringing food with us. It was nice to be able to walk into town to the restaurants. The bed is quite soft, we woke up with sore backs. Nice to have a fan in the room given the daytime heat is 88F so everything heats up. The place is clean which helps.

Good value for location. Cleanliness issues.
Pros - amazing location, ski in/ski out plus walkable to town. The place is small but cozy enough for a couple or single traveler. Nice hot tubs. Cons - the place was dirty when we arrived. Contacted the host and they refunded our first night and sent the cleaning crew back late that evening. There is a connecting room and you can hear every single noise through the wall/door. We only had 2 towels total that we had to use for the hot tub and showers. Overall great value for the location but not the best experience.

Perfect place for what I needed
For a solo traveler or couple, this is the perfect place if you don't mind not having a full kitchen and fairly small space. I was here to ski and Lift 7 is about 50 steps from ski locker right under the unit, and ski rentals are just as close (Telluride Sports). Condo was clean, updated and had the basics that I needed. It's also a short walk to the Telluride restaurants and shops, and the grocery store is only 2-3 blocks away. I would definitely stay here again, either solo or as a couple.

AMAZING location!
This place is super cute! The pictures do not do it justice. You could not possibly get a better location if you are wanting to ski and be close to town. I will look to stay here again when we return. There is a room next door separated by a door and you can hear loud talking but it was not a problem for us. Owners were immediately available when contacted.

Very tight quarters but nice.
This was described as a studio. In reality it is a very small hotel room. It is over furnished to the point you can hardly walk around the room. We had issues with the tv (Roku) and got no response from the manager. We loved Telluride and this location is great! You can walk to everything plus there is a “Downtown Loop bus” that stops in front.

Great location!
The room was as advertised. While on the small side it had all we needed for our weeklong stay. The location is terrific with chair lift #7 right around the corner, a supermarket a short walk away, and right along the town loop bus path. The bed was comfortable as well. The check-in/check-out process was super easy and communication was consistent throughout. We would definitely stay here again should we return.

Small, but perf
The studio is very small as described. Two adults - often had to get out of the way to cross paths. There's a beam in the middle of the room making less room for room. However, our stay was comfortable enough for two, it would be overwhelming for >2. Had to get skinny alot. I liked it because it was a ski/in-ski/out and you didn't have to drive to and from the mountain every day. We stayed for a week and would definitely consider coming back to stay here on a solo or +1 friend. There's no kitchen, but they have a bunch of plates/bowls utensils, coffee maker ect.. This place is great if you want to live the bachelor life! Would not recommend family stay. Overall I'm satisfied with my stay, but wanted to leave an honest review. Thank you for reading.

This is a small but comfortable place to stay, with access to a lift literally just down the hall! It was also convenient to downtown, (we walked everywhere) and close to a grocery store. It would be really tight with 3 -4 people, best for 1-2 people. Would definitely stay there again!

Failure after failure
The property itself, and location, was suitable for what was detailed online and expected. Unfortunately this is where the expectations fell of a cliff. The trip started by standing in the snow and freezing temperatures unable to enter the property due to a broken lock. After getting hold of the management company, I was advised they were aware of this for over a week and had not updated their arrival process for the new key. They apologised, I was fine, it was a one off... right... I then had to contact them again after realising the parking pass was not in the room. I was advised for about 5mins while on the phone to continue searching the room, and felt like I was being made to feel like I was being stupid for not finding it. Finally the woman I spoke to said she would contact the cleaner to see where she put it. She called back and stated the cleaner had somehow taken it with her (huh?) and would return it the next morning. I then had to write a note to put on the windshield explaining all this. I am not sure about most people, but I do not go on a ski vacation with a notepad and pens. When I explained this to them, I was basically told that was my problem and to figure it out. I ended up having to go into town and purchase these things. NOTE: The town is maybe a couple of miles in length, if customer service was a remote consideration, this is something they should have taken care of, and would have been easy enough given they can't have been more than a few minutes down the road. The next day, after returning from a day on the slopes, I still did not see the parking pass. I contacted them again, and was advised they would again call the cleaner and find out where she left it. 40minutes later, after not hearing back, I called again. The woman who answered stated she was busy and forgot to call, and that she would call her and call me back again. On calling back, she stated the cleaner had not been in today and therefore would drop it off the next day. All the while I am concerned my truck will be towed and wanted some form of confirmation from them they would accept liability should this happen. This was met by "it won't be towed". If this was the case, putting the client at ease by accepting liability would have been easy enough. Other notes: The bed sheets were stained and pillow cases had layers of dog hair. I ended up washing them myself. There are chewed dog bones under the bed also - showing a general lack of cleanliness.

Great location, simple room
We had an awesome visit to Telluride, and this unit perfectly met our needs. It’s a short 10-15 walk to the heart of downtown and even quicker to the Mountain Village gondola. The unit is very basic and is great if you plan on spending most of your time outdoors and in town. The room has only essentials so make sure to bring items such as coffee & filters along with quarters & detergent if you plan on doing laundry. Would recommend for couples/individual travels looking for a great price!

Nice, small, served it's purpose
The room is small, I couldn't imagine more than 2 people staying here. It is not handicap accessible. The ramp is not to code and a wheelchairbound person would never make it up the ramp. Room was nice. Bed was very cozy. Paper towels or something would have been nice.
