Perfect location and space!
This rental is the perfect location, we walked everywhere or took the Town bus that has a stop nearby. The driver will drop you at corner nearest the rental if you ask! The space was extremely clean and had everything we needed… fluffy towels, pillows of all sorts, lots of blanket options, tv, and a kitchen. We didn’t cook while we were there but it was great having the fridge for beverages and the option to cook if we had wanted. The grocery store is right across the street so it was extremely convenient to get snacks and drinks. Would definitely stay here again! Hoping to make a trip there in the summer/fall so my husband can see Telluride in its full glory. :)

Wonderful Winter Stay
The property was perfect for a holiday get away. Furnished to a exceptionally high standard with warm and inviting decor, we thoroughly recommend this property. The owners have maximised the space very well and the condo is excellently well equipped for it's size. Located within walking distance of everything Telluride has to offer, it is very easy to get to the gondola and up the mountain with no hassle.

Romantic Mountain Get-away
Lovely little efficiency with smart use of space. Location towards end of town was a short walk to restaurants, bars, shops and gondola. Would definitely stay here again.

Short stay in Telliride
The place was perfect for what we were looking for. It’s an easy walk into the main downtown area as well as the gondola to the Mtn Village area. Clark’s market is also very close. The property was very quiet. The unit was clean and well equipped. The bed is very comfortable. There was plenty of parking on the North side of the building close to the unit.

Anniversary Trip
My husband and I stayed a few days in Telluride to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. This condo was was cozy and in a great location! Being from the deep south, not having air-conditioning was a bit uncomfortable, but we managed! Chris and Susie were great and encouraged us to make ourselves at home. It was a great stay overall! Highly recommend!

Great location in great town
When they say cozy they do mean small but we managed just fine (2 of us) for 10 days. We kept our skis in the car to save space inside. There is quite a bit of storage options and we enjoyed the bbq and didn’t really miss an actual oven. There is a lot of decorative “stuff” in the unit that we simply put away as it took up valuable space.

Nice small place for 2 in Telluride
This was a nice location, near the local market Clarks, and a brief walk to the main street shops. A 10 minute walk to the gondola. Had a noisy neighbor upstairs, but this may have been a temporary neighbor and the other nights didn’t have an issue. Small shower and little kitchen, but had everything we needed and was cozy. The owners were very responsive and provided little extras that make a nice experience. Thanks for the place to visit on our trip to Telluride.

Location, location, location!
Loved our stay although the 400sf is real. Would like to have a bit less decor and “stuff” but still a wonderful stay. Can park as and walk to anything you desire . Short walk to the slopes . Warm decor and homey vibe . Even has an ice maker that we really liked . Robes provided that were appreciated for the short hot tub trek. Comfey bed and soft bedding to make for restful sleep although have to say , apartment is very energy efficient and heater was barely needed even during peak ski season .

Fantastic getaway!
Such a gem in the heart of Telluride. Walking distance to everything…we didn’t need the car until we left for the airport. Super easy walk to the lifts and gondola up to mountain village. The town of Telluride had everything we needed just steps away. The kitchenette was perfect for morning coffee and an easy breakfast before hitting the slopes. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great stay!
Chris was hospitable, and the loft was very clean and comfortable! The loft was also in a fabulous location and was easily walkable everywhere downtown. Only one (very minor) recommendation to other visitors is that the loft did not have much room for storing suitcases or other luggage. We were staying in the loft after traveling for a week, so had a lot of stuff with us, and it was a bit cramped. However, I'd definitely stay in the loft again!

Great spot, nice little kitchenette, great decor! The hot tub was great, I think it's only open during the day time. There fridge is a half-size fridge, but take note there is a cute little icemaker in the corner, be sure to turn it on right when you get in. My only heads up would be that the shower space is tight, we were fine, but it might be problematic if you're a very large person. Would stay here again!

Nice condo with great location in Telluride
Perfect location to walk to all the restaurants and shops in town and also some of the trails. Check in and out was super easy. Condo was clean and comfortable, and there were toiletries and all the essentials in the kitchen for cooking. We would definitely book this place again.

Great little place, in town!
Great place to stay! Clean, comfortable, well decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for our weekend stay in Telluride. There were some supply issues upon arrival that the cleaner had forgotten to restock, but Susie was super quick to reach out to me, and we were able to remedy the shortages quickly. We would stay again in the future!

Thought this would be good value for staying in Telluride. But the place was not clean (hair in shower, dirty plate in cupboard, dust everywhere), and internet and TV went down after first day (we reset the router multiple times but it didn't work). Owner seemed lovely by email but these issues were disappointing.

Tamar, We are clearly disappointed that you did not enjoy your stay as this has not been the historical experience of our guests over the multiple years VRBOing our place. While it was unfortunate that you experienced the issues referenced in your review, my wife and I, are also disappointed that you waited till day 4 of your 5 day stay to make us aware. Had we known earlier, we certainly would have happy to rectify the specific cleaning issues and more importantly the internet service problem immediately.

Cozy retreat in perfect location!
Absolutely loved our cozy stay here! The lift was about 5-10 min walking to the lift and we could easily walk to anywhere in town ! Amazing views outside! Hosts were excellent in communication and made sure we was enough towels, etc. The Vrbo was SO cute and the bed was comfy, it was beautifully decorated inside! House was immaculately clean when we arrived and they even provided coffee pods so we could have a cup of coffee in the morning! Highly recommend staying here!!

This location was perfect for my ski trip. It was very close to the gondola in town and to the downtown area. Everything was walkable which was very convenient. Perfect for Us
This condo was the perfect size for the two of us! It is a few blocks from downtown Telluride, but we didn’t mind walking. We got to enjoy beautiful Christmas lights along the way. The entry hall had plenty of hangers and hooks for us to hang up coats, scarves, and all our winter gear. The bed was very comfortable and warm! We were able to angle the tv towards the bed to watch Christmas movies from bed at night. We admit we were a little scared about things falling on us that were placed above the bed, but nothing fell on us. We enjoyed our stay here, and feel you will too!

Great Choice
We enjoyed this cute little studio so much! It had everything we needed and more. Having a parking spot was very helpful, we ended up walking pretty much everywhere we decided to go. The owners really thought about so many details to make someone feel at home. We visited it autumn and the patio and view were lovely. Cute place, well appoointed, great choice, definitely recommend.

We stayed here for the film festival and it was a perfect location to get to multiple venues. The host Chris, was super easy to communicate with and very responsive. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The small frig and stove were great to have for a quick breakfast and to store some drinks. The patio was great to enjoy the view of the mountains, plus the hot tub is a bonus for those brisk evenings. I would definitely stay here again, just a wonderful spot and great value!!

Chic Romantic Mountain Studio
This small studio was beautifully appointed and well equipped for a couple’s stay in Telluride. A nice quick walk will get you to the Main Street of shopping and restaurants, but relaxing on the patio and on the couch as well. It could be a bit cramped for anyone traveling with larger pieces of luggage, but was the perfect abode for our weekend getaway.

My husband and I booked this cute condo for our 3-day ski vacation. It was so cozy and quaint! Yes, small, but that's all we needed. Just steps from the hot tub and a 5 minute walk to the Gondola. We enjoyed leaving our car parked the entire time and going downtown for apres ski and taking the free gondola to Mountain Village to watch the sunset! The condo had everything we needed to make breakfast in the am, relax on the couch at night and a cute patio to keep our beverages cold :) The owners were very responsive whenever I had a question. A great place!

Loved our stay at this cozy condo!
We loved everything about this condo- from the attention to detail with decorations to the beautiful mountain views to the perfect location, everything was perfect! Truly perfect for a couples getaway. We loved being able to walk from the condo to the Main Street, gondola, and many great hiking trails. Chris and Susie were quick to respond to and answer questions and were great hosts! We loved our stay here and will certainly be back again!
