« The staff members were kind, giving us free water bottles. But the room was really dirty, noisy, the AC worked partially, the area was not reccomendable. The pictures on the booking webside did not look like the room itself, as the room was terrible and dirty. Don’t reccomend it! »

« We had booked our room on Expedia and paid in full and when we arrived at the property, they told us that they had never gotten paid from Expedia and that We would have to pay out-of-pocket for another room. I asked if they would honor the same price and they said yes, but the room that we had booked did not have air condition And we would have to pay double the price for a room with air condition. We originally booked a room with air condition as per Expedia website. So basically they are...

« All excellent! »

« I strongly advise caution before booking this hotel. During my family recent stay, cash was stolen from my room while they were out dining inside the hotel premises. We immediately reported the matter to the manager, but the response was extremely disappointing. Despite repeatedly asking, no clear explanation or resolution was provided, and they refused to share the CCTV footage that could have helped clarify what happened. This is not just about the loss itself, but about the lack of...

« I booked the hotel Amar Yatri Niwas at Haridwar and the I realised that the hotel in Agra was confirmed. The hotel Amar Yatri Niwas in Haridwar was very dirty and I couldn't stay there for this reason. I aske you to returne the account. Bests regards Karin Halter »

« It was difficult to speak with staff who didn’t speak English. However one of staff had beautiful smile. »

« Note very good hotel. And not very clean. The room was fine but no hot water the first day. Many cotation in india hotel are overcoted and wrong. Careful. Good but very simple breakfast »
