Resort de qualité
Très joli resort, bien entretenu. Les appartements sont confortables. A noter toutefois qu’ils sont peu insonorisés (mais la chambre est plutôt au calme). Le parking privé est actuellement fermé mais on pouvait se garer aisément dans la rue.

relaxation et détente au soleil
l’hôtel est situé dans un cadre de verdure, un peu a l'écart de l'agitation de playa de las américas et à proximité immédiate de siam park. IL s'agit d'un hôtel type club avec de petite maisons toutes articulées autours de la piscine et du restaurant principal de l'établissement. Le personnel est charmant, très serviable et toujours disponible. Les chambres sont propres et très confortables. Elles disposent toutes d'une cuisine aménagée pour ceux qui ne souhaitent pas pendre pension ou tout inclus. Conseil/ Disposer d'une voiture pour être autonome et pouvoir se déplacer sur l'ile à son envie. PS/ L'établissement dispose d'une navette journalière pour se rendre dans le centre ville, accessible à pied en 15 minutes. Des taxis sont également stationnés devant l'établissement chaque jour.

Emplacement au calme au milieu du golf.
Personnel accueillant et agréable. Site propre et entretenu. Repas varies et du choix. Proche des plages et du centre de las americas. Les animations finissent à 23h maxi. Petit désagrément : lit d appoint pour les enfants très usés : dommage les 2 lits simples dans la chambre parentale (un grand lit aurait été bien).

Super séjour avec notre enfant de 2 ans !
Séjour à 3 avec 1 enfant de 2 ans. Hotel super, au calme à seulement 1 km de la plage (playa de las americas très bruyant avec ses nombreux commerces). L'hotel est juste à côté de l'autoroute et du parc aquatique siam parc, idéal pour visiter Tenerife. L’hôtel est très bien tenu avec du personnel vraiment super sympa et très attentionné vers les enfants. Les chambres sont très grandes avec cuisine, salon,salle de bain et chambre séparées. Animations le soir quand ça vous tente (pas forcé d'y participer comme dans certains clubs où on vous force la main). Très peu de français dans cet hôtel : nous étions les seuls, mais cela dépayse ! En demi-pension, nous avons apprécié les buffets à thème du soir. L'idéal est de disposer d'une voiture de location, car les premiers commerces sont à 1 km.

superbe hotel
Tres bonne impression, personnel tres sympa, en tout inclus, la nourriture est tres satisfaisante, mais les desserts manquent de choix . Le jardin tropical est de toute beauté la piscine separee en 2 par un joli pont est tres belle aussi et assez bonne en octobre..je le conseille vivement aux famille !

Globalement très satisfaisant, le seul point contestable pourrait être le ménage non assuré deux jours de la semaine (mercredi et dimanche)toutefois noté sur la fiche d'infos remise à l'accueil.Est ce lié aux conditions sociales de travail pour la région? Même dans ce cas, une organisation planifiée résoudrait ce point "gris" de l'entretien des chambres par ailleurs très satisfaisant.

Lovely villa in a perfect setting. We only had bed and breakfast and the only downside was that there wasn’t a snack bar only the buffet option. The Sahara restaurant was excellent. Highly recommend. Would be great if they did a lunch menu at a set price.

Perfect for family trip
Excellent resort. Great for family with young children. Could not fault food or activities. Staff were all very friendly. The resort could benefit from a separate bar or restaurant as you end up eating breakfast, all dinners and having drinks and entertainment in the same room. A minor issue though. Overall lovely resort.

Lovely hotel
The hotel was clean and beautiful. The pool area was pretty and at night it was lit up to look like a tropical paradise. Bought “all inclusive “ package when we arrived and this was we worth the money.. Staff were helpful and friendly. Very enjoyable stay.

Un lugar increible para descansar
Muy buen sitio para pasar unas vacaciones. El apartamento es grande y la comida del buffet está muy bien elaborada. Me he sentido muy cómodo.

The rooms had really nice rear verandas and the pool was brilliant. But the room was not very clean and we had to get it cleaned twice plus the lighting wasn't the best overall it was a good stay once we got the initial problems sorted

Really pleasant family resort.
Even with a few teething problems (our 5 year old son didn't want to sleep in a separate room in a strange place and we couldn't get his bed into our room) I would highly recommend this resort. The staff are excellent and made a point of asking for feedback (and acting on it) a couple of days in, so they could fix anything that needed fixing. Lovely clean pool, spacious suites, aircon in bedroom and lots of kids activities to keep them occupied whilst the grownups got on with the important task of sunbathing and accessing the all inclusive facilities. Oh! and the Spa is exceptional too!

Ideaal voor jonge koppels met kinderen
Dit hotel is zeer kindvriendelijk. De kinderen worden constant bezig gehouden. Indien je ter plaatse wil blijven met peuters en kleuters is dit hotel ideaal. Het is evenwel nogal ver afgelegen van het strand (+/- 30 min stappen en het hotel staat op een heuvel). Er is een shuttle beschikbaar, maar de frequentie van de ritten + de plaatsen naar waar deze je voert (één strand) is beperkt. Zo is het moeilijk om 's avonds nog eens de stad te bezoeken. Je bent min of meer geïsoleerd. Het personeel is verder uiterst vriendelijk en het eten is eveneens zeer goed.

Not for us
This hotel is perfect for families with young children. Unfortunately as a couple we did not feel it met our holiday needs. There is only one bar which is located within the dining area it is open between 1pm and 3pm and then from 6pm to 11pm. At other times drinks are self service but the quality is poor. Staff, room and food ok, but no quiet areas to sit out, the only outside space is by the pool which can get very noisy. Nothing around the hotel other than the golf club. We did go into the club for coffee and a late afternòn drink and it is very civilised and not expensive. The free meal in the Sahara restarent for those on AI was nice, but not really free as you can't choose a starter and all the meat and fish dishes had a supplement. We would not return

Vi var ofta på detta hotell för 10 år sedan, då var det en idyllisk pärla. Nu var det omvandlat till ett all inclusive hotell med alla dess förbannelser. Idyllen och friden var ersatt av Apollos "barn bor för 1 krona" så nog fanns det barn alltid. Det enda det fanns mer av var handduksmarkerade solstolar vid poolen. Det var skönare att komma hem än att komma dit, tyvärr.

Fantastic Holiday, The hotel provides plenty of spacious rooms with one or two bedrooms, each have a kitchen and living area and a private outside space, our room overlooked the Golf Course with the mountains behind. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, we were on the all inclusive package which I'd recommend, the waiters even remembered what I drank and brought it without me having to ask at the evening meal. Not much in way of evening entertainment but this is more directed at young families and those wanting to have a nice peaceful holiday, although the Town wasn't far away and a free shuttle bus was laid on daily to the beach or one of the larger shopping Centres. If you're looking for Sun, a nice pool or 2 with plenty of sun loungers you won't be disappointed. Caution one of the pools isn't heated so fairly cold but the other is like a warm bath, lovely. The food was generally of a good standard the chef's seemed to take great pride in presentation, especially the sweets. There is a playground for the younger children and a good gym for the big kids, weather this time of year mid to high 20's. Thoroughly recommend the hotel and a big thanks to the staff, even took the time to check us in 24hrs before leaving, at my request. Go and Enjoy

Lovely September stay
Arrived for a 4 night stay to celebrate my 50th birthday with friends. Fantastic location and not too large a hotel. We were happy with the first suite we were given, until we saw our friends room which had very recently been refurbished. As it was my birthday, my wife had previously requested a nice room. She went to reception who were extremely helpful and moved us to one of the refurbished suites within the hour. All staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. Well located for a round of golf at Golf Las Americas, only a 2 minute walk and the golf course surrounds the hotel. Only minor negative was the all inclusive food option, it didn't quite match up to the rest of the hotel, but was fine for a short break.

Only suitable for families
This is a resort for families; definitely not for couples. There are kids everywhere and they even have a partnership with tots to travel who have reserved areas by the pool where the other folk who have paid their money, can sit. The beds are two singles pushed together and you fall down the middle if you even try to cuddle. There are also a huge number of cockroaches that come out at night, and they are everywhere! I appreciate that this is beyond the hotels control but if you're someone that has an absolutely irrational fear of them, best to avoid! If you're a family, you're fine, otherwise, somewhere else, probably Florida!

Lovely hotel
Hotel is fresh and clean, staff are very friendly and accommodating. Pool area is family friendly. Plenty of sun beds. Comfy sofa beds are reserved for guests with children. Food is standard. Always something to be able to eat but can get repetitive, rooms clean however double bed is on actual fact 2 single beds so often woke up to find I had fallen down the middle. Not hotels fault but as on ground floor has a problem with ants in the room so don't leave out anything sweet!

Very nice hotel just out of hustle And bustle of main los christianos and playa, but near enough to be involved. Little slice of home comforts making resort Not too touristy. Nice decoration in spacious clean appartments. Fabulous. staff very friendly who Couldn't help enough.

Lovely setting, staff and apartments. Comfy and personal .... only couple of mins walk from any apartment to pool and main areas. Quiet and relaxed with plenty to entertain the kids.

Gorgeous surroundings; excellent management of the site, friendly staff. Overlooking golf course to the rear. Beautiful warm pool and lovely toddler amenities (sand pit with toys, paddling pool, playhouse and ping pong) walkways set through fairy gardens! Rooms spacious and well kept. Comfortable and very clean. Maid service excellent. Beds comfy and bathrooms modern. All inclusive option worth doing; nice food, usual continental buffet style. Help Yourself drinks. Good entertainment at night ... outside shows visiting with good atmosphere. Very enjoyable stay and would come back (we had party of 12 Of which 6 children)

Great all inclusive
Great hotel, very clean, strong wifi in all areas, amazing food, lovely outside dinning and entertainment wasn't too bad. Coffee and cava and slushes included were nice. Easy to get sunbeds. Let down by no air con in livingroom, charge for table tennis and spa and no BBC in rooms to watch football and Wimbledon.

Horrific sewage smell came from the bathroom which made it impossible to stay in the room (or rooms around it). After discussing with the staff, they first tried to spray it away to no avail, the next day they sent a technician which still didn't help. Since we were only staying for three days, we gave up trying to change by the third night. Also had three cockroaches in the room during our three nights which was way too much for our standards. When checking out no one asked whether we enjoyed the stay or not, which was unusual. As for positives - breakfast is great, the facilities look very beautiful and are picture-perfect. The horrible smell may have been specific to our room, but it's a huge hit and miss in that regard.
