« Nothing but great things to say about this place! You can park the car and walk everywhere! Not sure how long ago it was renovated but everything feels new and clean. Spacious and comfortable. Kim and Michael did a great job of designing and decorating the flat. Lots of nice touches! We will definitely stay there anytime we are back in the area. »

« The property was very clean, and well equipped for self catering simple cooking. It was relatviely spacious. Both the double bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. The wifi worked well. It was a great base for exploring the Fife coastal villages, and St Modan's has an excellent smoked fish restaurant. »

« My husband and I and our two large sons (ages 16 and 18) stayed for 4 nights. Perfect location for playing St Andrews Links and very close to restaurants, pubs and Sainsbury’s. Small, but no need for more space and amenities because it’s all there! Rustic and just an all around great experience! Definitely recommend! »

. TrĂšs chĂšre pour une chambre non climatisĂ©e avec une tempĂ©rature Ă  26 degrĂ©s et un ventilateur bruyant pour compensation. Chambre au premier Ă©tage avec un mauvais isolement des bruits extĂ©rieurs 
 on entendait les conversations fenĂȘtres fermĂ©es des personnes passant sur le trottoir et le bruit insupportable du traffic routier. Produit de nettoyage prĂ©sent dans la salle de bains
 fallait il nettoyer sa salle d’eau ? Prestations petit dĂ©jeuner pas Ă  la hauteur du prix. Et en plus on doit payer le parking !"
