« The apartment was perfectly clean, very new and well-appointed and in a great setting in a beautiful city - GREAT all around! The host was the best communicator we have ever had at a VRBO. We had one minor issue with the WiFi and she came out immediately with a hot-spot for us to use. Terrific rental experience! »

« The property was very nice and the views from the terrace were spectacular. Monteleone d'Orvieto is very quiet, with little to see or do in town, although it is a good location for day trips. We had to pay extra to heat the pool and hot tub, which only heated to about 92 degrees, so was a bit chilly. »

« The apartment, just off of the Piazza della Repubblica and right on the edge of the oldest neighborhood of Orvieto, is beautiful and grand. Leonardo is a gracious and responsive host; the entire process of checking in and out was perfectly seamless. Feeling like Italian Nobility was a treat, except with all necessary modern conveniences. We would certainly return again and encourage others to experience this evocative home. »

« De omgeving is absoluut fantastisch! Je bent volledig omgeven door prachtige natuur. Absolute rust. Prachtige tuin. Groot zwembad. Het water in het zwembad is jammer genoeg erg koud. Het huis: Wij zaten in een appartement voor 5 personen. Er waren 2 slaapkamers: 1 eenpersoonskamer, de andere tweepersoons. Er stond een uittrekbare divan in de keuken. Dit uittrekbare bed is ongeschikt om in te slapen. Wij hebben de matras op de grond moeten leggen om onze tienermeiden toch iets van slaaprust te...

« Sauber,zentral, Balkon in einen kleinen Innenhof, sehr netter Herr vor Ort, der einen empfängt, Dachterasse mit super Blick, ruhig, einfach. Ergattert man nicht zufällig einen kostenlosen Parkplatz, kann man im Parkhaus für 12 Euro den Tag stehen. Wunderbares Ambiente in der Stadt. »

« A wonderful house in a beautiful setting, an apartment well and beautifully equipped with enough space for 4/5 people. The swimming pool is super, for fun or for swimming the laps you want. Rainer is always available for helping out or giving some useful information. We enjoyed a wonderful holiday in Umbria! »

« The host was welcoming. It is a very clean, safe and conveniently located. The mattress could have been a bit more comfortable and 2 more pillows would have been appreciated. The entry way from the street needs to be better lighted. All in all, we had an enjoyable stay. The directions and access instructions and mechanisms were perfect. Thank you. »
