Owner very helpful and good communications. Nice view over reservoir. 20 mins to Lidl/Dolce, 90 mins to airport, 40mins Braga. 200m high so 2C less than Porto. Big fridge/freezer. Pool big enough from 8" to 5ft 6" with cooler. A/C in 3 bedrooms was plenty and you do not need after 2 days. Start of July temps 24-35C but mostly 24-28C in day. No mossies, a few ants outside but virtually none by standards of some places so good and do not worry about them. Road in was cobbled and only 150m from tarmac, steep and narrow for top half but very good by Spanish standards and no issues to a normal car. Go in from Reservoir end as other road is slow, last 5 miles is down a narrowish 2 lane hill. Reservoir water park has lost the inflatable obstacle course. Electric boat was 50E for 2 hours which was all you really needed. Quiet from noise point of view, odd jet ski and 1-2 party boats over 2 weeks but very much in the distance. Firmer matrasses but quite normal, good cotton sheets. Bunk room has 3 single beds and one twin on bottom configured from 2 bunks. Cleaner/pool cleaning Saturday. Nice selection of good plates/cooking equipment (IKEA), filter coffee and Nespreso machine. Fly screens on all windows. Traditional BBQ with chimney works well, pizza oven with no chimney that needs wood for some hours I would think. So a good place, quiet, not too isolated but not besides too much tourism, temperature not as silly as South of Spain, no rain but still green. I would recommend.
