"Que dire !!! Ascenseur en panne donc obligĂ© de prendre un autre ascenseur qui nous emmĂšne dans une autre aile de l’hĂŽtel. ObligĂ© de faire tout un parcours avec nos bagages en passant par des escaliers pour enfin atteindre notre chambre dans un endroit dĂ©sert de l’hĂŽtel. Quelques ordures dans les couloirs
 jusque lĂ  , tout va bien
. Chambre pas trop mal mais vieillotte. Lit trĂšs petit pour 2 personnes. Machine Ă  cafĂ© sale 
. Baignoire pas terrible niveau propretĂ©, bouteille de gel douche vide . LĂ  ça commence Ă  faire
. La nuit, tout se passe bien , pas bruyant, normal car on doit ĂȘtre les seuls dans cette partie de l’hĂŽtel. Le matin on part faire nos visites de la ville. On rentre le soir
.. Chambre pas faite, pas de mĂ©nage , les serviettes de toilettes sont humides car il n’y a rien pour les Ă©tendre. Notre poubelle est pleine car elle n’a pas Ă©tĂ© vidĂ©e , nous n’avons plus de verre pour le cafĂ© et plus de dosettes de cafĂ©. Nous descendons Ă  la rĂ©ception pour le signaler
. Et lĂ  on nous demande pourquoi on veut que le mĂ©nage soit fait et on nous rigole au nez . On part faire des courses, on revient et 2 petits tubes de gel douche sont jetĂ©s sur le lit
 poubelles toujours pas vidĂ©es et serviettes de toilettes toujours humide de la veille. Et les ordures dans le couloir sont toujours lĂ  depuis la veille !!! Est ce normal ? Non 
 c’est inadmissible,"
