„Definitely will stay again“

„Over a number of years we have stayed at lots of different hotels in India ranging from 2 star to 5 star and the Oshin Hotel in Kalpetta was the best for us. The standards of hygiene were excellent (no bugs in sight), all areas of the hotel were spotlessly clean and whatever we asked for e.g. iron and ironing board, extra coat hangers, more towels etc, were produced in moments. What makes this hotel extra special are the staff, every single one of them whether it was a housemaid, reception ...

„Beautiful scenic view when you book one of the premium villas. Nice and clean pool and incredible food and an extensive menu card. We travelled with a toddler and since the resort is on a hill with lots of stairs, it’s better to travel with older kids.“

„Das Bad ist seit Jahren nicht renoviert worden, der Duschbereich war großräumig mit Schimmel versehen. Der am Vorabend bestellte Fahrer zum Flughafen war nicht zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt da, der ersatzweise vom Hotel georderte Fahrer wollte plötzlich zusätzlich Geld von uns, war also offensichtlich nicht seriös. Das Personal hat nicht mit dem Gepäck geholfen und im Restaurant falsche Sachen gebracht, andere Vergessen. Das ist alles andere, als 5 Sterne. Ich würde hier nicht wieder übernachten!“
