« Motel bien situé mais check in sans présence physique. On est censé avoir reçu un mail (donc il faut avoir accès 24/24 a sa messagerie) avec les instructions. Sauf que le mail n'a pas été reçu. Donc il faut appeler (a vos frais en international) un centre d'appel qui met longtemps pour régler le problème (redémarrage de l'ordinateur et j'en passe...). Donc assez problématique. « An absolutely horrible experience! My family (2 adults and my 6 year old son) had reserved this so-called hotel for $284 in June for a 13th Aug stay. After a full day at the Berkshires, we checked-in at 6 pm. This place is in a terrible location (unpaved roads, still-in construction steps).
