« My best friend and I came here to stay for 2 days, they never cleaned the room, when we went to the bathroom there were still used condoms that hadn't been thrown away. When we announced check-out, they asked us to pay because we hadn't paid in full. After I opened the app to show them, they apologized. The trip back to my hometown with my best friend was terrible because I chose the wrong motel. »

« The overall place is beautiful and well managed and taken care off. Beautiful surroundings.
There is nonetheless a few basic elements which are not up to standards for a 4 stars boutique resort:
- the trash bin of my bungalow hasn't emptied when I check-in, which should be the Frist thing to be taken care of when cleaning a room.
- there was a lot of dust on the top of the bed head. I asked to get it removed and cleaning personal only waved it around by hand ! When the whole point was to prevent...

« The property itself is very spacious and clean, with the exception of malfunctioning sliding doors to the backyard/pool area, which leads to the gate to the community area in the back. This would have been extremely unsafe if the area was busy. However, due to COVID, all constructions were halted, possibly for years, and the whole area looked deserted.
