« This was a beautiful hotel on the surface. When trying to check in, we were told to hold on while the person at the front desk finished what they were doing in their personal phone. The room also appeared nice, but the floors were so dirty our feet were filthy. Didn’t feel comfortable walking barefoot in the room. Then we were bullied out of eating breakfast 6 minutes before it was shut down with plenty of food sitting out still. Pros, the beds were very comfortable and the blackout curtains...
