« Towels and bedding clean. Carpet old. Pillows were small 12”x12” cubes and only 2 per bed. Outlet covers hanging off of walls. Breakfast options were coffee and waffles. Halls had clouds of pot so strong they burned our eyes. »

« We stayed at the TownePlace Suites in Bowling Green for a family trip. Overall the hotel was clean and convenient, but our room on the first floor had a few issues. The in-room phone wasn’t working, which made it difficult to reach the front desk, and we could clearly hear footsteps and noise from the floor above whenever people walked. The staff was polite, but these problems made the stay less comfortable than expected. »
