« It was okay overall. Just keep in mind that if you book a suite, they don’t have one with a mountain view, although the app will give you that option. Many thanks to Shelby, who went the extra mile to show us different rooms so we could choose the best one. Also, they don’t provide or sell sewing kits. Breakfast is served by Starbucks, which is not my favorite.
However, the room itself was perfect: clean, beautiful, and equipped with everything we needed.
Enjoy your trip! »

« 3/5 Stars – Great staff and clean hotel, but poor room electronics and sleep environment
Overall, the hotel itself is in great condition, very clean, and the staff was genuinely fantastic. However, my specific room had several frustrating issues that made the stay underwhelming.
The bed was fairly average/mid-tier in terms of comfort, but the biggest issue was the room electronics. The TV's internet connection didn’t work, so I couldn't stream what I wanted. The TV also runs proprietary...

« Our room wasn't ready when we arrived at 6:15 pm. I was told no other rooms were available. 30 minutes after we arrived, we were provided with a room.
There was no thermostat in the room, just a window unit that has manual on/off with a dial for cooling and heating. You can't set a temperature.
The breakfast was very well stocked and clean. »
