„Bei Ankunft waren alle freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Abends im Restaurant waren die 4 Kellner leider mit mir alleine im Restaurant etwas überfordert. Im großen und ganzen eigentlich ein nettes ruhiges Hotel. Das einzige das mich gestört hat, war die Tatsache, dass die Angestellten nicht grüßen, wenn man an ihnen vorbeigeht. Sonst aber top. Frühstück ist sehr britisch.“

„Tt's basically a travellers place to stay for an evening or two I would say. Having said that, it's also a good location if you want to use it to explore the area by car. I found the reception fine, the small bar area was fine - but shock horror no Guinness. I booked two rooms, a double for me and my wife and a room, with single beds, for my daughter. Restaurant service at breakfast is struggling when it comes to peak times and could be more friendly. Dinner buffet/menu for 25 GBP p.P. is too expensive as quality and variety of food is below average as well as service level - having a coupon to get a "free drink" with self service reminds me of a canteen - not a Hilton.“
