Unser Kurzurlaub im Hotel war fantastisch. Ein Hotel mit sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Mitarbeiter, sehr gute gastronomische Einrichtungen, einer super Poolbereich, sehr sauber und verkehrstechnisch gut gelegen ist. Besonderer Dank gilt der Rose (The Kitchen) dem Omari (Pool) und dem „Picasso“ der uns gezeichnet hat.

Das Hilton Doha The Pearl ist ein typisches Stadthotel, welches einen guten Ausgangspunkt zu diversen Zielen darstellt. Besonders hervorzuheben sind natürlich Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter wie Rose von The Kitchen oder Omar vom Pool sowie aber auch viele andere Mitarbeiterinnen oder Mitarbeiter, welche bemüht sind für einen da zu sein, so einem Haus eine Seele geben und einen veranlassen zurückzukommen. Die Zimmer waren für uns wirklich gut One Bedroom Suite mit Küche - es ist einfach wohnlicher als ein Zimmer. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Would have been nice to have some indian food options at breakfast eg karak chai, parante, masala tea etc. Would have been nice to have a bar area for the evenings. Service was good, staff very attentive eg first day the pool pump was broken and the temperature was cold, as soon as I mentioned it, staff repaired it by the next day.

I visited Qatar last week and stayed in This amazing hotel, everything was excellent about the place from services to food and rooms The staff there were very welcoming specially Omari and Amila on the beach service. The hotel is close to all places I didn’t have to take a taxi for more than 15 min to reach all the tourists areas It was a luxurious holiday with enjoying swimming in the sea there in the private beach of the hotel. The breakfast was so tasty I really recommend this hotel!

Poor experience
The hotel isn’t fantastic. It’s overpriced and the facilities are poor. We stay for 9 days and the options of food was limited and the swimming pool wasn’t working for the duration of the stay and was asked to leave the hotel to another building in another part of the area to swim. The food from room service was overpriced and they under delivered.

Expedia n’a pas mentionné que la piscine était en maintenance et donc VIDE ! Nous avons une formule demi pension, cependant ATTENTION pas de buffet a volonté de disponible pour le diner. Uniquement un choix entre - 5 entrée / Plats / desserts. 1 restaurant sur 2 fermé. Spa non disponible également. Une catastrophe. Incroyable. Contacter EXPEDIA pendant de 2h, aucune compréhension alors que avons un compte Gold avec beaucoup de réservation a notre actif ! Nous avons obtenu, avec beaucoup de difficultés, un bon de 250€ (encore a recevoir donc nous ne confirmons pas encore) Très meskin pour un aussi grand site de voyage et surtout pour un voyage a quasi 6000€ pour quelques jours. Faites donc attention et ne vous attendez pas a une compréhension d’EXPEDIA. Désolé d’avance, mais cela est la vérité.

Excellent place. The 2 best things about this place were, the staff and the hotel itself. Excellent condition hotel, in a really great location. I was able to get anywhere, furthest I had to travel was 30 minutes and that was to the airport. And what can I say about the staff, they really welcomed me and my family beyond a 5* welcome. All the staff in the kitchen were excellent and super accommodating, and the reception floor staff, from people helping with bags, where to go, checking in and checking out, just excellent. The hotel were very flexible and let me add an extra guest for a cost. I paid to move to a two bedroom apartment and they upgraded the room for me. Staff were amazing and very helpful except for when it comes to calling a taxi. They made excuses and vanished. Uber is much easier to use then asking the hotel staff. The apartment itself was amazing and stunning, great facilities and space. Hosted family for a dinner too. Breakfast was very nice 8/10. However, the restaurant is too small for the number of guests and they can not cope as hard as they try. Waited an hour for Breakfast one day and then gave up. Was offered a complimentary lunch instead. Pool is lovely, shame pool didn't have beach view. Went in December and the pool was very cold, not heated except one small area which kids are not allowed in.

stay at Hilton on the Pearl
had a lovely stay but with a few issues. house keeping would take our towels way and leave us with none so therefore had to phone for more. Some of the house keeping staff were quite short with me and i found that quite unacceptable. Our bed had not been changed for 5 days and when i called it was rectified within 30 mins. However one of the staff came to our room and argues with me that she had changed the bedding the day before. I know that was not true as i had seen a stain underneath the pillow that had been there for the 5 days. she became quite challenging to me which i found unacceptable. The overall stay was very nice with the Kitchen restaurant staff being perfect and the pool attendants were superb they remembered me from past visits and that goes a long way in my esteem. We will certainly be back when we visit our son in Qatar.

Nice place but surprisingly dry...
The location is great, but on the other hand distances are short in Doha. The room was big and offered a fantastic sea and city view from the balcony. The breakfast offered is short of absolutely nothing and one should not be allowed to check out without trying the short rib benedict :-) The pool area is open until 23 and could have been a fantastic place to relax in watching big screen tv if the pool's maximum depth wasn't only 1.2 m!!! We instead spent the time on the small beach 75m away from the hotel entrance and only used the pool for a quick splash. Worth noting is that the hotel has lost its alcohol license. So to avoid surprise, better double check before you book if an afternoon drink, cocktail by the bar or a proper Friday brunch is what you look for. We were never informed about the lost license ahead of our booking and probably had chosen another place if we had knew.

I really had a good time in this hotel. I’d be returning soon. The view was outstanding and amazing. The staff always had bright smiles on their faces. Man, I was treated like some rich African prince yunno…. ‘Twas an awesome experience tho. Man they got like these cute girls up front there as the receptionists and they just smiling while serving you. That’s dope.

Don’t think twice
Hotel and staff amazing. Arrived at 8am after a long flight and kindly not only allowed us to check in to our room but upgraded our reservation. Pool area and staff beautiful , breakfast best I’ve had for a long time with good Al la carte choice as well as buffet. Location good for Pearl and cheap Uber into city. Wouldn’t t hesitate to stay again.

This hotel is fantastic! Great location on the Pearl, huge rooms and excellent service. Nothing was too much trouble. It has its own bit of beach and a lovely pool on the 5th floor. We had a 2 bed apartment, which was huge. Both rooms had big en-suites. Special mention to lifeguard Omari, who was so attentive to my kids, and also to room cleaner Anik, who cleaned our room exceptionally, Mosesa (an extremely friendly supervisor) and Me Me, who offered fantastic dining service. Only negative points - no alcohol. They have not had a licence for over a month and I was unaware. Breakfast was amazing but half board options for later in the day are limited, especially if vegetarian. Having said that, the hotel staff adjusted many dishes to make something that we would like. Climate was lovey and warm in October (without being insanely hot). The staff were lovely and friendly. Overall, a great experience!
