« There were a few little problems (tv, bad odour from sink) but the staff very helpful and friendly. Location is great! »

« Excellent hotel! Excellent staff. I arrived late due to being held up at work so called ahead, the chap on the phone was kind enough to wait 1hr30 past the check-in deadline for me to get there, thank you! Had only booked the single room for 1 night, while the room could be classed as a little snug it was nothing less than very comfortable. The room is very well presented and incredibly clean, bed was super comfy and bathroom was spotless and of a decent size. Paid extra for the Full English...

« Very nice room (just need more attention to cleaning the floors) and good burger meal in the pub - thank you! »

« Stayed in a family room with mini kitchen. Ample parking, very close to the main street with restaurants and bars, just a walkover to get there. Cathedral and park next door. Lovely and welcoming staff. »

« Hôtel tout à fait correct situé près de la gare, dans un quartier calme avec un bon pub et un bon café à proximité. J'ai pu visiter la ville à pied sans problème. Seul bémol : l'oreiller pas terrible, car tout plat. »

But the most frustrating part was there was an intermittent and very loud rumbling sound in my room that kept me awake almost the entire night. I turned off my AC but that didn’t stop it. The...

« Location stunning vibrant and social atmosphere. staff were very busy but very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice . Room was clean .nice shower. Family room had lovely views. »

« Très bien, un peu trop cher pour y séjourner à chaque séjour, le montant dépasse le maximum autorisé par ma société »

« We only stayed for one night but it was brilliant. The cupcakes, milk and eggs left for us were a really lovely touch. My granddaughter was so sad to leave that we will bring the whole family next summer. »
