Hôtel près de Plage The Sands, Port Royal, Port Royal

« Propreté très limite. Rien ne fonctionne dans la chambre. »

« We just loved having the pair of Adirondack chairs and umbrella right outside our door. It was the perfect place to enjoy a cocktail before heading out to dinner. My husband was also able to easily roll his bicycle into our room. Such a great location for exploring both the historic district residential neighborhood (adjacent to the hotel) and the historic district shopping area and waterfront. We particularly enjoyed walking to the Pat Conroy Literary Center. »

« Remodeling but did not affect our stay at all. Staff was extremely nice. »

« As hard as being a Hampton Inn property it came close... The clea.i g staff were cordial but could tell they were ina hurry for us to leave and the Check out time being at 11:00 instead of 12 like all other Hampton Inns I stayed at was whatever a d the. Breakfast was consistant with a lower star hotel... but all and all it was my expectations that messed ut up... its still a very nice hotel and most everyone was very polite a d accommodating »

« Extremely disappointing customer service and an alarming billing experience. During our stay at Marriott’s Barony Beach Club, staff attempted to run my card more than 50 times within roughly two hours while calling my phone back to back. Despite all those attempts and calls, they could not clearly explain why they needed additional money from me or what it was supposed to cover. If there is a legitimate balance due, explain the amount and the reason. Guests should be able to ask basic billing...
